A good concept in online teaching. My suggestion is to start the conversation as if two persons wake up and chat from brushing teeth, bathing, breakfast, various occupational 'usual' conversations like paying electricity bill, submitting application in an office, lunch in a hotel, hiring aan auto, returning home in the evening, buying grocery, having tea with a neibhour, discussing news, and asking children about school, home work, telling them a story, children demanding a toy etc.. Also it is better to continue English text along with Hindi translated text.
This is a problem solving lesson.Very useful for South Indians who have great problems with gender usage.It helps to improve English too.Kindly, recommend a video with gender of non-living things in Hindi.Thanks a lot.
The method of teaching Hindi is good. I suggest that you can choose good moral hindi film songs with excellant lyrics or sceneries with good dialogues and translate in this method so that learners can not only learn Hindi but can know the language better. This will be most popular soon.

Difference between आपका, आपके, आपको आपका - your (singular) आपका घर (aapkaa ghar) - your house आपके - your (plural) आपके बच्चे (aapke bachche) - your children आपको - to you (formal) मैं आपको यह दूँगा (main apko yeh doongaa) - I will give this to you.
When to use लागी, रहीं, गयी... what does these mean?(i know all are feminine) I think the first one is लगी not लागी so I will go with that. I have tried to clarify your doubts here as best as I could but just keep in mind that sometimes the same word used in different sentence / context can convey different meaning. The more Hindi sentences you read the easier it will become for you get the context. लगी - this is from the word लगना (lagana) which literally means “to be attached” but in sentences you can use it convey something that happened to a person. For example: मुझे प्यास लगी (mujhe pyaas lagee) means I felt thirsty or you can think of it as thirst happened to you. रही - comes from रहना (rahnaa) which means to live / reside but again can be used differently in a sentence. For example: मैं सुनती रही (main suntee rahee) = I kept listening. I have explained रही here because रहीं is the plural of रहीं . गयी - comes from (जाना) jaanaa which means to go. Example: मैं गयी (main gayee) = I went. As you can see all are conveying past tense.
