Do you have kids and need good school systems or that is not a factor? If you don’t Coconut Creek or even Sunrise FL could work for you. But you are not really going t find these new types of developments. You are looking at used homes Coral Springs also has some spots you might find good prices at
@@liveinfloridavlog I spent a year watching videos and flying down here to figure this out I looked at everything from Davie, Weston, Plantation all the way up to Parkland Coral Springs and up more to Boca Boynton and as high as Wellington (I know you lived there) and Palm Beach Gardens I got so used to watching a few TH-camrs (yourself included) that I still watch the videos even though I m done with the buying process I will invest in the area though so maybe that’s a part of why I keep watching. 1-2 years the market will be drastically different than it is now when prices drop some more and eventually rates drop too
Me too! I think the decision on the cluster mailboxes is from the US postal service to decrease on cost/manpower(if I remeber correctly). It was a surprise to me to initially. Thank you for watching and commenting!
I m so happy I didn’t try to buy in these new communities Cypresshead is perfect. So mature. So much land between houses and big front and backyards Seeing this house for over 2 million on a lot w no privacy and the neighbor right on top of you is crazy That first bath room blew my mind in a bad way. They got those standard glass solders on the bath on a house that cost over 2 million and the second floor had a ton of carpet Geeeeshhhhh
@@WolverineX7499 it is but it’s one of the best family suburban areas in south east Florida BTW you saw what 2 million gets you in Boca. Look up a 2 million dollar home in Parkland. It’s expensive but you get a lot more than these new developments in Boca. Older home but more property That’s why I asked if you have a family. This place has A rated schools. If you don’t need that you can find more affordable places
Soooo glad GL lost their latest land swap deal. They have been destroying agricultural property putting the water table in grave danger. Also I would really take a look at how they turn over the soil prior to building these homes.....Can you say Erin Brokovich?
Oh boy these prices are crazy. Love what you do though.
I agree, I can't believe it either and the fact that they are selling so quickly.
Can you post more economical areas in Florida to live? I watch you all the time, but I can't afford these areas you showcase.

@@UrbanBDKNYno kids. Schools do not matter.
Loved this model home and when I visited. However, I couldn’t get over the mailbox situation and the narrow roads/no sidewalk on one side.
