Looks like a nice bit of new kit George! Makes the farm look tidy and well kept having neatly cut hedges! Nice job, great to have another vid to watch. 👍
George, please fit some guards on your side glass and side panels, forty years ago I was using a Mc Connell Hy Reach on contract hedge cutting in North Devon, fitted on. Ford 8200. Fully guarded, it can be be very dangerous without something, your safety is important ! Clifford
Made a good job there mate considering it was first time you used it on a hedge, on camera too,no pressure😃. What it does prove that you are a bloody good asset for any farm, turn your hand to anything and be good at it😉👍
That really is a nice new piece of farm equipment, however there is one little problem and that’s it’s colour, it does a look a bit odd being green on the back of a blue tractor 🚜 and therefore it should really be 🟦 then it would look even better as a complete unit. What do you think George ? . TaTa till next time.
Poor Mr Packham will be crying even though speaking to a wildlife advisor he reckoned for nesting it was better to cut each winter but leave a couple of inches each year for 2 years then cut back on the 3rd year to what it was originally as it keeps the hedge thick to protect the smaller birds from larger ones like crows, hawks and magpies
Great Vlog, an impressive piece of kit. Still requires a very good operator to get a straight line, well done George
Always nice to see new kit on the farm and looks like a decent machine ,hope you get many years of use out of it George.

Good results, sometimes having your hand forced into an unplanned purchase can show you just how far the technology has moved on.

Looks good, does anyone make a hedge cutter with a self stabilizing cutter boom/head?
Great bit of kit I hear
Could you not run it on a 1000 pto as its only a hydraulic pump and you wont need to rev it

Nice video. Greets Stefan
Can someone tell me why they put the head drive motor at the top. I would prefere if it was at the bottom.
What forward speed do u drive at?
My advice is do 45 degree angle first u now where top of hedge is then easier
Hope you have better luck with it then we did when had one. Worse machine ever owned. Got shelborne now. Hell of a machine
How often do you cut the hedge, and how many mile of hedges do you have to look after ?
Hi George have you got all of your drilling done
Nice 👍🏻
One thing i love as much as plowing is hedging, lol.
Is that field in that was flooded with the river when you had all rain at Christmas?
Need to get yourself a brushing slasher and trim round the telegraph poles just finishes the job
Is it British ??
Definitely not natural looking over the left shoulder. Good video 👍

Nice tool, did you offer Lord Muck an opportunity to give it a go
What?!? No GPS control incl height for your hedgecutter, George? Haha
Why do you cut it this time of the year.. What about the wildlife ie birds
Too fast young georgie!
