They're mostly marketed as a metal band, but I totally got an old school punk vibe when I saw them in person. Great show!

And right you are - this is very much a punk band, that combines old school and modern influences. They're not even marketed as a metal band, but Western media unable to decipher what's going on, keeps talking about them being metal (or worse - metal & pop). They've laughed off both of these things, but only in Japanese interviews, and have kinda accepted that "overseas everything is metal".

I was there... Best concert ever until I see them maybe next year for the third time. 🤘

We got drenched during this gig, but it didn't "stop the power". Was still a big WoD for Tousou and plenty of crowd surfers 🤘

You tell me? How is it "stealing" when I provide link back to the video's author in the description and theirs is publicly available content? How is it different than reposting that same video in Twitter, except on another social media?
Well, I'll tell you how it's different. Twitter does not have a recommendation algorithm and it does not have a search function for video like TH-cam has. That means my Twitter repost will be seen by two dozen people, if that. It also means the original post will be buried in the matter of days. There are many comments by Japanese viewers of the channel thanking me that I've uploaded videos they've seen years ago, but never could find again.
This channel is an archive of stuff the original authors should have uploaded by themselves on TH-cam in the first place. They could do it with a single button, but they don't. Itchie in particular has a TH-cam channel, why isn't he uploading these? Do you think I have nothing better to do than downloading, editing, reencoding, and uploading videos, considering I don't get a single cent for it?
The only people who benefit from this arrangement are the viewers and Hanabie themselves since they can use any and all publicity available. I could not find a single video of Hanabie performing at Plane'r festival on TH-cam. Now there's at least this.

      考え方が日本人らしい。

@@mfreak1126 Indeed that seems to be the case, since this is the second person who made such a statement and they were both Japanese. However, the first one agreed with me after I explained the idea and deleted their comment :) Anyway the whole thing boils down to misunderstanding how social media works. Twitter was never meant to share video content. If it was also owned by Google it would have had a repost function for TH-cam and all of this circus would not be needed, but it is what it is...
