Long time. Yes, that would be a game-changer for the area. Let's hope they can secure the funds soon and continue the expansion of the whole Limuru Rd!
I'm surprised by the quality of the markings in that short stretch. Thick markings like these are what we have been advocating for, not the usual thin lines. I hope they used quality paint that won't fade in three weeks, as has often been the case.
I have seen runda, that place will for some time remain in my mind. Hapo ndio nilifutwa kazi 7 am asubuhi a few mins after reporting to work some 3 years ago!
What, such a weird experience. That must have been a tough moment for you. I hope things have improved since then. Stay strong, and thanks for sharing your story! Thanks for watching and supporting our journey.
That's a great point! Proper lighting would make a big difference in both safety and overall road usability. Hopefully, it's part of their future plans.
In agreement, the sidewalks need more improvement. Hopefully, they'll address that in future updates and hoping there is good space to accommodate that including cycling lanes.
This used to be my road back more than 10 years back when going to high school. Good progress
That’s awesome! It’s great to see how the road has transformed over the years. Progress is really happening!
That Limuru road looks really nice. Thanks for the update.
Glad you enjoyed the update! The improvements on Limuru Road are quite impressive indeed. Thanks for watching and the continued support!
Awesome! Hopefully, they will soon source funds to enable dualing all the way to Ruaka.

I wish this was the model. Instead if doing it all the way and doing it poorly. Do it bit by bit, but deliver top quality

Great observation! The thick markings definitely stand out. Let's hope they maintain this level of quality with durable materials. Fingers crossed!
Our local contractors have done a good job! 👏 Nice video bro! 👍
Given it's a local contractor, they've done a decent job. Could be better but you've got to commend them.
Absolutely, our local contractors have really stepped up with this project. Thanks for the kind words and support!
@@Leonmuigz Yep they have tried but sidewalks is where they fumbled bigtime. Sidewalks ni uneven mbaya sana literrally ni wavy.
Kudos to the local contractor
Looks great, the marking itself makes a difference and also is safety for motorists✔️✔️👍👍🇰🇪
Absolutely! The markings not only improve the look but also enhance safety. Glad you liked the update!

they should also install lights
That's a great point! Proper lighting would make a big difference in both safety and overall road usability. Hopefully, it's part of their future plans.
Ruto's first major road project
Yes. Let’s see how it unfolds especially on the remaining sections of the entire Limuru Rd!
Hope the same contractor will do the second face from muthaiga towards village market
Let’s hope the relevant authorities are reading the comments! It would be great to see the same quality work extended towards that section.
phase one looks complete except for the lights and the signage
You're right! Just missing those final touches like lights and signage. Hopefully, they'll add those soon. Thanks for the support.
The sidewalks are poorly done though.
In agreement, the sidewalks need more improvement. Hopefully, they'll address that in future updates and hoping there is good space to accommodate that including cycling lanes.
The roads are usually okay, kind of. But the streets remind us we're in 3rd world Vumbistan.
True
I get what you're saying-some areas still need a lot of work. There's still room for improvement! Thanks for the continued support.
We're are at the equator, so stop comparing us with Europe and North America....
it easier to grow grass in Nairobi than in Arizona or Minnesota mate.
