It was enough for me. I was able to ask the crew for bananas if i want. However, as you say, this is so long flight, I recommend you that you eat something before boarding.
ticket price was 1000USD. (it's round trip. NRT-MEX) This was a long flight so I had plenty of time to sleep. I think I slept for about 5 hours. There was not much turbulence over the Pacific Ocean.
