    A terrific video that has clarified all my doubts about Kanban Vs Scrum model. Earlier I had a perception that Kanban is only for service and support team. Now, I can assert with promptitude that this might not be the case:

    Your explanations are eloquent, and your friendly demeanor is incredibly disarming.

    Vibhor - Would you create few sessions around Agile metrics that are applicable in Scrum & Kanban.

    It was really nice informative video i felt about. I have watched your videos last year before preparing for the interview sessions, it really helped me in understanding the product prioritization concepts. Today i got a good understanding on scrum and kanban. Thankyou for the information sharing.
    Thankyou,
    Manish

    Loving the videos! Just struggling to understand something on this one though. Around 2:23 you say you can deploy kanban with small incremental changes and around 3:52 you recommend a mature and disciplined team before staring kanban. Are these different approaches dependant on where you're starting from?

    When your say as in scrum we need to wait 2-4 weeks does it mean kanban is not a kanban if team is taking more than 4 weeks?

    • @VibhorChandel
      @VibhorChandel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nope. What I'm saying is in Scrum you cannot breach Sprints and in Kanban there are no such limitations.

      @@VibhorChandel people converting scrum to kanban to hide scrum challenges , to avoid spill over, to avoid time box

      People will do all sorts of crazy stuff. As a Scrum Master it's your responsibility to show them when is the right time to shift to Kanban.

    Vibhor : Scrum , Kanban is ok: but has anyone told you that you look like Ajith Kumar (Clooney of India) : sorry couldnot resist
