Dude I just came from watching this Zangief spank Smug and now the same Zangief gets clapped by a Fei Long. Just goes to show you that there will always be someone better.
not necessarily, the Gief player going into a Fei Long fight knew that he will be out poked and had to switch up his strategy (which in this case it only worked half the time until the FL player caught on and countered) when playing SF you run the inherent risk of bad match ups by default with certain character combinations. This Gief did way more than I thought he would against a Fei Long.
I want Fei Long in SF6… Great play by the way, and as a Bruce Lee fan (loved watching his movies as a kid) I've always liked Fei Long ! And the way you play him is just so inspirational, thanks for that !
Super Turbo has a lot of specific tech/knowledge/skills to the game that are required to play against someone like MMX8 without getting mercilessly fucked. Grabs are incredibly powerful in this game, and Smug didn't have the tech to stop it. You can't just hold up like in modern fighters
i know im late, but they already said that they will not bring fei long back, because the family of bruce lee asked for a lot of "artist" to stop imitating so bruce lee can rest in peace, and capcom agreed to that
@@KyokujiFGC I know I'm unfortunately without a computer right now and I've heard that trying it on other platforms is laggy I looked up information on using a phone and putting it on my smart TV doesn't work well
i think as ZANGIEF OR MEGAMAN , i think the front kick or "trample-on" kick as i would call it , is a great option to get into his combos, cos i believe it would be much easier to neutralize or counter feilongs blistering fast "down-under" punches.....

@@snesmaniac228 the Siberian Suplex is not slow ... is the same outcome if you are close just like the Spinning Piledriver. Same command just press Kick instead Punch button.
@@mr.marino9247 spd inflicts more damage. Also spd has more range, and finally if he misses Siberian Suplex, he leaves himself way more vulnerable than a wiffed spd.
that's just how super turbo is haha and there are much worse things than that. you gotta remember that this is way before we had much of an idea of what is considered "good balance"

It's mostly Feis really great normals that keep Zangief at bay. Fei is really hard to get in on.

Yes, with pretty much the best rollback netcode around. Fightcade is the successor to GGPO, which was actually where rollback netcode originated.
