Dude, I have been playin this album on repeat.... Stunning production and vocals, along with kick ass rhythm section... Synths and guitar are amazing!!! 🔥🔥
I will forever miss Phil in Time, The Valuator, but I love this project for him. He sounds like he's having fun, and the vibes are immaculate. Also some of these songs have the most epic moments, really incredible pieces of work. Both of the members of Floya come from metal backgrounds, btw.
Great reaction mate! I can thoroughly recommend a song called "In Control" from the singer's old band "Time, The Valuator", either on the channel or in your own time (it has a music video too). The melody in the second verse as a whole is great but the way it resolves into the second chorus is genius IMO
I think these guys have a really unique sound, though I do agree some songs are better than others, and sound pretty similar. Overall, an album I can spin anytime and that has a positive vibe to it.
the hymn is a classic, i think you just didn't appreciate the chorus enough. It takes few listens but the chorus hits hard with the lyrics and the melody imo
