Hi Jeff, Thanks for another good video. I have watched lot of your and Jerry Bartels videos and learned lots of tips and tricks not only for Civil 3D but AutoCAD and others. Thanks for all that.
The new dialoog sure has it's advantages, but what I'm really missing here is the option for vertical targets to select an alignment to display it's available profiles. We have up to hundred alignment in a drawing, and even with the filter tools it's more easy to just select the alignment to get the profiles.
@@Jessimica_b2 kind of you to give this tip! But yes I know all about the filters. But sometimes we have hundreds of alignments in a dwg, specially in dense urban environments. All of those alignments have several profiles so that list becomes very long. With graphical on-screen picking I'd be happier than setting a lot of filters just to find one specific profile :-)

So can you show me the way out??
my question is: If I have like 20 regions in a baseline, and I want to select a single polyline to specify the width, do I have to edit each region in the baseline?

use the filters for the alignment you're hoping to use. (I'm sure by now you're already doing this as I am late to this comment section)

Hello Jeff ..is it possible to target a daylight to a break line instead of a surface ???
Thanks for the demo. Unfortunately, they took away the option to set the surface target to None. A workaround is to create an empty surface to target.
