Lama Lodu Rinpoche teaches Ngondro (Part 2 of 2)

In response to Lama Jinpa’s humble request to fulfill and complete the detailed discussions in which students have been engaged during the recent Zoom classes, Lama Lodu Rinpoche will offer focused instructions for the Karma Kagyu Mahamudra Preliminary practices (Tibetan: Ngondro). Rinpoche will devote one hour to each of the Ngondro sections of Refuge and Bodhichitta, the Meditation and Recitation of Vajrasattva, Mandala Offerings, and Guru Yoga, providing his essential and penetrating insight with an emphasis on their actual practice. These teachings should be of great interest to anyone who is practicing Ngondro, who is anticipating practicing Ngondro, or who has an interest in the Karma Kagyu tradition of the Path of Mahamudra. These Preliminaries provide a strong foundation for anyone who wishes to practice in the Kagyu tradition.
