The inability to remain in jurisdiction is something coppers do all the time. This bearded clam went OUTSIDE of his jurisdiction and would leave himself open to any member of the public as they defend themselves against his attacks and his beard being smeared all over the floor quite lawfully.

Does this self entitled piece of work determined to stitch up a member of the public think he is enhancing the view the public hold of police. He obviously has resentment towards auditors and is allowing his personal animosity to harass Yardley. He immediately creates in me a feeling of contempt. Is he capable of carrying out any police work impartially and to my benefit? No. He is willing to use force, impose his feelings rather than the law, and abuse his power. This is why the public has no respect for the police. Unlike the other young man who listened carefully and answered impartially and creates a feeling of respect. If only they were all like him

Respectfully, "Implied Right of Access" means you can go onto private property to do things you reasonably believe you would be entitled to do - like deliver post, or a takeaway. And it can totally be withdrawn if the property owners tell you they’re withdrawing it.
"Paid for by the public" doesn't always mean you have "Implied Right of Access". There are restricted areas in publicly funded buildings such as Police stations and Job centers.

Implied permission applies to private property which is publicly accessible or used by the public, such as shops etc. Implied permission can't apply to government services as it is a human right to be able to access them. Article 14 says that no form of discrimination can be applied, therefore there can't be any picking and choosing by saying permission has been removed. The only thing that can be used to stop or limit someone using a service is a court injunction or other legal route such as bail conditions.

74973 (Sergeant "Benjamin Felton")...Has mental issues - he's known as an aggressive busy-body, focusing on irrelevant, petty matters not real crime eg. organising time talking to children (🤔) about cars & speed (??). ie. useless. The bullied at school type, who hides himself behind his beard. Swift to threaten violence.
Chief BJH needs to have him retrained, and he certainly needs some assistance with his current mental state. And the Law ... as a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Maybe it is alcohol or drug use ... hard to tell these days.

Big up Yardley Ski . The implied right of access can not be revoked for filming alone . we the people are allowed to document our interactions with the authorities . we can not demand that the police not to record us ,as it is for their wellbeing and therefore entirely justifiable .its a very simple premise that this equally applies to the public . Our human rights dictate that any online form for public consumption must be available in paper form from those that published it . A covert camera is still going to capture the denial of service . unless the officers resort to strip searching members of the public on entry the cannot prevent recording in the premises .

It's important for officers to focus on building positive relationships with the community instead of unfairly targeting law-abiding citizens and escalating situations. It's concerning that individuals like Sergeant 74973 may be misusing their authority and taxpayer resources. He should be held responsible and face legal action under section 26. Yardley Ski Auditing, i have just finished watching your photoplay and am of the opinion that nothing you did was out of order, so you have no reason to admonish or cast aspersions upon yourself re your conduct as an auditor on this occasion.
In fact quite the contrary, the discussions you had with the force trainer (and the chief inspector)was brilliant,it actually gave the trainer whose name I just forget, plenty to talk about with his class of new recruits regarding “public places” (per se) trespass, aggravated trespass, general filming from public, rights of the public to redress the police in the course of their duties and probably a few others.😊.
The trainer was great actually, just a normal guy who treats people as they would like to be treated and doesn’t make a mountain out of a molehill .

There are several places and properties that are private places , privately owned, but at given times are open to the public and at those times are public places. For example a pub, restaurant, council offices etc. Although a public place at the material time , a person’s permission to be there can be withdrawn because it still remains a privately owned place . A pub for instance can eject a customer , or even bar him if that person is no longer wanted on the premises. A police station foyer falls into that category ; obviously open to the public but can be closed to the public at any time. I would say though it is unreasonable to ban a person from the police station foyer without a good reason. For information, all police are Constables regardless of their rank within the police force. This is why there is a ‘chief Constable’. But all police are constables. The internal ranks in practice have very little effect on the public . Some ranks above Sergeant can give extra directions to the public regarding public places streets, demonstrations etc. But by and large the various ranks are for internal order and discipline. A Constable holds an office in his own right. A senior Constable cannot order a junior constable, or another senior constable to behave in any manner that the Constable knows or believes is unlawful or immoral or involves unnecessary use of power. For instance one Constable cannot tell another constable to arrest someone if the Constable knows a different method and prefers to deal with it in another but effective manner. Internal discipline would resolve any disputes.

This highlights the different ways British policing is carried out. The Sargeant was a very poor example of professional policing who let is frustration lead his actions. This is why there is an issue with trust with the police expertly demonstrated.

The foyer of a police station often have information leaflets on a notice board, many of which would never be seen by the public had they not entered the building. Yet in the eyes of the police you can only enter if you have prior business, you cannot enter just while passing to read posters etc.
To inform the public then why don't they plaster the notices on the sides of panda cars and vans, as they're often parked outside stations on double yellow lines, pavement etc. In supermarket car parks right outside the entrance and near Greggs and other not so healthy food sale establishments.

Am I only allowed out of my house via an IMPLIED RIGHT OF ACCESS ? Only a Court Order can prohibit someones access or movements in certain public places.
I think the Chief Inspector is getting confused with PRIVATE property which is open to the public by INVITATION whereby that invitation can be revoked and PUBLIC property which is open at certain times and where the public have an ABSOLUTE right to be. Of course there may be consequences for misbehaving or generally causing a disturbance in ANY public place but since peaceful photography and videography are not crimes and are NOT PROHIBITED in public places, then photography and videography should NOT be blamed and curtailed if members of staff or members of the public lose their sh1t and THEY cause a disturbance at a police counter.
If the police are worried about personal information being recorded, DON'T BLURT OUT PRIVATE INFORMATION IN THE PUBLIC LOBBY / FOYER ! Have information written down and slid under the security window or wait until the photographer / videographer goes away (just like waiting for a traffic jam to go away, sometimes we have to just wait) or USE AN INTERVIEW ROOM if it's urgent and can't wait you lazy, incompetent wastrels !

They seem to like their "Implied right of access" jargon. They spout so much rubbish they confuse themselves. One thing is certain, some don't like photographers! That last PC was polite and civil...shows it can be done.

That SGT was off the wall, so no one can blame you for not being prepared for that behavior. It would be great if someone would take people like that SGT to court for this nonsense. This can be done, but most auditors grab the claim money and leave it there. Sometimes an example must be made, or it will never end. It's public and just being kicked out for filming is public is a rights violation.
