excellent stuff bud, I know the feeling of something penetrating a shoe, A pair of Mach X 1st time out over some tram lines and a piece of a Jack Daniels bottle went through the shoe, right through and punctured a hole in the ball of my foot, shoes ruined and hole in my foot, luckily the shoes were direct from Hoka and they had them back on the trial scheme.
Go get it Andy! Love your long run video! I've been using a Pace 3 since release. I can see why so many olympians use it. It is not only good for running and activities that measure distance and pace. I used it for hiking for several times and the GPS literally is impressive!
The shoe thing is always problem I had that to something in shoe or stuck to shoe another good watch buddy keep it going glad everything is working in training
Loving the videos and series, some proper pace even in training!!! Are you purely filming all your workouts using the insta 360 Go? Or a combo of a few cameras? Brilliant quality and love the POV
Legend🤌Keep going Andy! I've been using my Coros Pace 2 with HRM for a while. So far I am satisfied and in love with them. Will you review the Coros Apex too? Wanted to get one of this for my next ultra marathon!
Thanks! Appreciate it 👊 I do indeed… I talk about it in this taper video… what I’ve been doing and how I’ll be tapering it down… around 8:35 into the video th-cam.com/video/PImyfAO6UDk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_L2sUcabne-UyzFl
Just to inform you about efficency score.. it doesnt take elevation into consideration only pace to HR ratio, my recovery runs and runs with alot of elevation always get a low score. I honestly dont care about it. The training status is much better to pay attention to, make sure you are staying in the ”optimized” zone and building your base fitness score is alot more relevant. That is info the Coros support gave me (which is very helpful and quick to respond). /🇸🇪🇸🇪
Brilliant, thanks for sharing this! My efficiency on my easy double Wednesday was 90% so much lower but they were quite hilly… so that makes sense 👊 thanks for sharing
I have the same opinion, sometimes I get 98% from a hard session, and 102% from an easy one… Training status and base fitness are the ones that I rely more. Been using the Pace 2 for 2 years.

Oh my life that’s horrific! I hope the foot was ok? That’s mad!!
Another excellent training:D The accuracy of the coros gps is impressive! Thanks for sharing, Andy
Thank you so much…. Appreciate it 👊
Brilliant! proving itself as a excellent marathon block... Enjoy the tapering :)))
Thanks!

Thanks!! Yes very impressive so far, GPS has been outstanding, another forest run today and the GPS locked in nicely 🤘
Love my Coros and the data it gives. Training load, load impact and base fitness are such good tools.
Yes I can’t wait to get more info into mine!
Go get it!! Enjoy the taper. You got this!

Thanks! Glad you love them too! I hadn’t planned too, but you never know!
Great workout again Andy - do you tend to do much S&C during your training blocks?

Thanks andy! Would half marathon effort come under the 20% hard or 80% easy within the 80/20 rule of thumb for running?
Thanks! Into the 20% hard… realistically anything zone 1 or zone 2 (sub aerobic threshold) is in the 80%… anything over that is considered 20%
