How to avoid mosquito larva
@@adamsaleh4680 by covering the breeding container.
When the fry are 3 days old and you will remove the male betta, that will be the time you wont have to cover the container where the fry are in.
If by any chance, mosquito will lay eggs on the day you removed the cover, the fry will eat the mosquito larvar when they hatch
As for me, i dis not have any problems with mosquito when i breed. I always cover the container during breeding
My frys won't eat larva, it's bigger than frys, and when I change my fry water

It never fails to amaze me, how some people tell an experienced breeder like yourself, that you are doing it wrong. People saying daphnia are too big for them to eat at first, is just ridiculous. The evidence of your success with feeding daphnia, is right in front of their eyes, yet they still question it. WTF!

@@6maquariumfish we got a male betta from pet store for my grandson who named his fish Réjenne after a character in Toy Story. The fish seems to always hide behind the filter box which is a hang-on inside the 3.5 tank. there is just enough gap between the box and glass for him to wedge in there. sticks his nose at the surface
had him 3 weeks and I never see him eat. rarely see him out swimming about. he makes bubbles but has never seen a female. we are feeding him the color boosting betta flakes and also the betta pellets (I cannot tell what he's eating ). he seems lethargic but maybe I am wrong. maybe everyone rustle up their bettas so they can film them swimming?but other fish seems to be enjoying the tank and swimming beautifully. mine seems to be moping and floating down to bottom (not swimming down) and will drift around the bottom kicking off with twitches of his fins and then gliding slowly. and after a minute of that, he will slowly swim back up to to the back of the filter box by flicking his drooping fins and park on the fake plant at the surface.
tank temp is steady 78°F as recommended!
he was a little more active in the first 5 days. I noticed a white fuzzy something growing on his moss balls and on one tank decoration. I don't have any wood in the hardscape. we feed twice per day. I was told the white growth was okay ... a fungus or algea. but I'm worried. can't find any information about it from pet store or online.
he doesn't have any spots, fading, fin problems or discoloration. he just looks tired and droopy and never flares. his water is just getting cloudy. I was told don't clean new tank for 3 to 4 weeks, but I plan to do a partial water-change tomorrow [distilled room temp replacement with dechlorination treatment and possibly 1ml of aqua - clear .
what is best to feed and is there a best time to feed or way to feed?
do I need a snail? or other tankmate? tetra?
what floating plants might I be okay to introduce that bettas are known to llike?

Be sure to use 3 day old stock water or water conditioner
Add rock salt and almond tree leaves

San nyo po nabili yung mga aquarium ng betta fish yung kapag jarring napo at ilan beses nyo rin po sila pinapakain simuala day 1 po new sub po

You must put the males into jars starting that age.

To awnser your question : awnser is simple, you can breed with all tail kinds of betta fish, but you gotta watch if the 2 fish you wanna breed pair up otherwise they fight and 1 of your fish will get serious injured

It has been 5 days since my fry hatched and i put aerator to the lowest setting as oil film was developing, but when i am going to feed them baby brine shrimps salt water is also getting accumulated in the normal water even after straining them..what to do

Sohail Ahmad hi. I used to breed bettas and I used brine shrimp exclusively. Hatch them from eggs in a plastic 2 liter soda bottle. Stick a ridged tubing in bottle that’s about and inch above the lip of the bottle and hook up to an air pump to keep salt water aerated. Two day later you’ll have a ton of brine shrimp babies. To harvest cover the plastic bottle with a dark cloth with opening around the bottom end of tube. Shine a light where the opening is and the shrimp will congregate where the light is shining thru the bottle. The sip up shrimp thru the air line. For a two litter bottle you’ll need 1/8 teaspoon or less brine shrimp eggs. Shake up eggs and salt before putting in air tube. One bottle for each feeding and after harvest I’d renew the setup. I rinsed the baby brine shrimp in tap water to remove salt with cloth type net.

No one explains the first few days properly. From hatching to first 5-10 days are crucial and some say remove the father in two days some say let father raise fry’s I tried both and max I can save 2-4 fry’s rest die

It never fails me when I bred Bettas before when I wasn't watching your vids I've always fail but when I saw this vid it helps me alot to grow Bettas and I need to practice still so no Bettas will be died
In a betta spawn, some fry will die. Even if you do your best. Even experienced breeders cannot have a perfect spawn, that no fry will die. There will always be.
But with the right knowledge and application, the success rate will be high! 😊
