Daaaaaaaamn thats a thicc stack, 1/3 of the video lengths was the single stack resolving. When Cam said "My fucking head hurts" I felt that. Great game.
Yeah you guys have not only crept over the quality of game knights/command zone, but the skill levels you build all of your decks and explain the gameplay is phenomenal. I've transitioned to cedh recently and I'm currently piloting emry, lurker of the loch, Ovika & my newest build is ob nixilis captive kingpin. Watching these videos definitely helps get the grasp of how to interact at the right times and win games. Thanks guys 🤘
Well Marneus breaks parity in that every time Tyler got a treasure he was drawing too. That's what made this game so crazy. However yeah tithe does seem to be really good in cEDH, tymna/jeska runs it it great success and some other decks are starting to play it now too.
Love the content as always boys. I think a unique rules interaction got missed right after Dylan flipped his battle, which counts as a “casting” of its backside, which means that Lotho would have triggered on the casting of Dargo instead of the Elvish Mystic!
Aw man, Cam, I feel the struggle playing mono red storm 😂 I have died to some awful things with Birgi Storm, but my favorite by far is Dualcaster Maging an opponent's Demonic Consultation because I was last in priority order and no one else had a response. I was looking for Tibalt's Trickery because the Thoracle had already resolved, and it was literally the second to last card in my library. The struggle is so freaking real for mono red 😂
As an Urabrask player, I'd love to see more Urabrask in the future! I'm about to upgrade my build from High Power to cEDH and enjoyed looking at this list. I think Urabrask has a lot more to offer than people have figured out.
Just keeps reinforcing how cracked Borne Upon a Wind is to me in my mind and makes me so eager to play the flash food chain Ukkima/Cazur list I've been working on!!
What a crazy stack!!! I watch pretty much all of the cedh content creators on TH-cam right now and that has to be one of, if not the most insane stack I’ve ever seen! So glad you guys got that ok camera
Don't worry Play to Win fam, now that I have personally met Dylan and Cam here in Vegas Dylan assured me he would play Yisan. All is right with the world. 🙏
9:27 when invasion flips you cast the other side without paying the mana cost. Makes lotho trigger one spell earlier but not significant to the game. Might be significant if a rhystic study was on the board.
More Urabrask! 💕 🔥 EDIT: After seeing the game I'm almost not glad he came back, folks definitely think he's faster than he is n it shows. You still need setup n that's the problem with Red, it gets a bad wrap for being mindless but that's cuz folks play it mindlessly. 😅 Watching Corbin from Dankest Dungeon really helped me clear tht up with myself. 😁 #StorminCorbin baby!!
How much differently would that final stack have played out if everyone was interacting before letting Tyler draw his cards from Marneus? We obviously dont know what was in his hand but he definitely had a few more cards than he should have if interaction was played before he drew.
Was awesome seeing y'all play IRL at MagicCon! Thanks for signing my playmat. Would have loved to play you guys, but I'm sure that's true for 95% of everyone that went :)
That sure was a smothering tithe, look what happens when you don’t pay your taxes. To be fair though I’m not going to pay the 2 either, I need that mana!
Awesome video guys! idk if you guys remember but it’s Blayne, I was the last game you played on Friday night? Loved the game even if your Grafdiggers cage completely blew me out Dylan 😂. Thanks for the signatures on my Kinnan btw, just sad Tyler wasn’t there 🥲.
Respectfully, I’ll say that felt a lot like kingmaking. Rebel Giving away all those draws & mana to Tyler, what did you think would happen in a stack war vs an esper deck where you’re giving your opp a card and mana every time they play a card… little greedy overzealous there imo I’m not sure what the line of thought was to keep drawing off remora while tithe Marneus was up.
When you guys make your cedh decks to all play against each other is there like rules like you’re only allowed a certain amount of proxy’s or do you guys just proxy the whole thing or just the super expensive cards and make sure you own the rest, and so on with other variations of that 😂. Are there any guidelines you have to stick to like that so it’s still viable for tournaments and such
Are keywords such as “flying” “haste” “trample” etc considered “abilities”? Does dress down make creatures lose these keywords as well as activated abilities and triggered abilities? If not are they just considered “keywords”?
been playing casual with Marneus, specifically leaving out these engines xD I'd like to keep my friends pls and ty that stack was insane though! gj navigating that! I'd have been like Cam, smoke coming out of my ears lol
That was one of most impressive navigations of a stack I have EVER seen. Holy shit, Tyler you are a POWERFUL wizard.
Every time I watch Tyler play I'm impressed with his ability to pilot blue piles
if the goal of this video was to make me build marneus, you did a good job
YESS!!!
I was thinking the same thing
I've been running one and honestly I have so much fun with it
Marneus = Wow? 😂
Came here to say this.
Daaaaaaaamn thats a thicc stack, 1/3 of the video lengths was the single stack resolving. When Cam said "My fucking head hurts" I felt that. Great game.
Tyler commanded that stack like a mastermind. Top tier gameplay.
Love to see my boy Marneus get that WIN, FOR THE EMPEROR!
Yeah you guys have not only crept over the quality of game knights/command zone, but the skill levels you build all of your decks and explain the gameplay is phenomenal. That was an impressive stack and I'm doubly impressed that you all kept tabs on it. Great game - great guest - 10/10 enjoyment.
Clearly Smothering is pretty good even in CEDH
Well Marneus breaks parity in that every time Tyler got a treasure he was drawing too. That's what made this game so crazy. However yeah tithe does seem to be really good in cEDH, tymna/jeska runs it it great success and some other decks are starting to play it now too.
Cam was indeed a part of this game
11:54 I love the stack shift indicating "buckle up lads, this'll be a long one."
That was amazing! Keep up the great content!
Thanks!!
Love the content as always boys. I think a unique rules interaction got missed right after Dylan flipped his battle, which counts as a “casting” of its backside, which means that Lotho would have triggered on the casting of Dargo instead of the Elvish Mystic!
Yep, you're right! When a battle flips, the battle is actually exiled and you may cast it transformed without paying its mana cost.
Aw man, Cam, I feel the struggle playing mono red storm 😂 I have died to some awful things with Birgi Storm, but my favorite by far is Dualcaster Maging an opponent's Demonic Consultation because I was last in priority order and no one else had a response. You guys should get Ryan from Playing with Power to do the play by play voiceover of that last stack interaction
*breathes in...*

Yo that’s the wildest stack interaction I’ve ever seen! Need to see more of these decks
The way Tyler navigated the stack can be described in one word: Art. Marneus Calgar decklist deserves a visit !
Of course this video comes out WHILE I'm building Marneus to give me more ideas for it, preciate the work fellas!
That game was absolutely incredible- what an ending holy hell
"What the fuck am I doing?" Hahaha
Interaction stacks like that is exactly the beauty of cEDH imo
10:53 it was so beautiful!
that counter war stack is so nutty. I have a Marnius calgar precon that is mostly unchanged. I can't wait to start upgrading it.
That was the best interaction I've ever seen. Wow. Congratulations Tyler that was the most exceptional stack I've ever seen.
Don't worry Play to Win fam, now that I have personally met Dylan and Cam here in Vegas Dylan assured me he would play Yisan.
All is right with the world. 🙏
I had to rewind the video to rewatch that stack to try to follow it all… whoever did the editing to follow that stack, ur a gem lol
Most thirst trap photo picture of rebel I’ve ever seen. Good for her
This was one of the best matches I've seen on this channel. Keep up the good work.
just realized i was #60k
NICE!!
This was the most beautiful cEDH game I have ever seen!....and I am building Marneus...
9:27 when invasion flips you cast the other side without paying the mana cost. Makes lotho trigger one spell earlier but not significant to the game. Might be significant if a rhystic study was on the board.
Good catch!
The triggers in this game are like, “ So anyways, I started blastin’!” 😂😂😂
More Urabrask! 💕 🔥

This game was so sick, what a win for Tyler.
After watching the video for some reason I can still hear “Smothering Tithe trigger” an hour later
I have a very very similar list to that Marneus list. I'm very very excited.
13:19 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 I ain’t gonna lie it was REALLY hard to keep up with those constant back to back triggers
This was wild! Keep inviting Rebell, she’s a really good player.
How much differently would that final stack have played out if everyone was interacting before letting Tyler draw his cards from Marneus? We obviously dont know what was in his hand but he definitely had a few more cards than he should have if interaction was played before he drew.
I've been sitting on Marneus and SmoTi for some time and this just gave me all the motivation in the world to put it together.
The stack in this game is why we play cEDH baby! Whoooo! Very satisfying and I don't *think* you missed any triggers either, so double victory.
Such a fun game!! The best part of Sundays is a new Play to Win video!!!
Absolutely crazy, amazing work.
That stack though! I don't envy you all for that mind melting play.
Holy $#!+ that was the most bonkers game I have seen on this channel.
That was an epic war. The only thing I could've done differently was utilize the may in Mystic Remora.
Love seeing Marneus been looking at building it
It was awesome seeing you guys at Vegas, would have loved to catch a game with you. Still cool you were there nonetheless!
This was epic. New Intro to Magic video unlocked.
Was awesome seeing y'all play IRL at MagicCon! Thanks for signing my playmat. Would have loved to play you guys, but I'm sure that's true for 95% of everyone that went :)
Thanks for asking us to sign it! We’ll get ya next time
That’s wild!
"yeah we're pretty casual, most of our edh games are won in the combat step"
That was fucking BEAUTIFUL
man WTF WAS THAT, WHAT DID I JUST WITNESS? HELL YEAH WHAT A GAME
I’m so damn stoked to finally see Marneus Clown Car get the love he deserves.
This was so nutty! Great game, great piloting!
might be the first time something that crazy happened and yall didn't missplay ;P
Loved seeing you guys at vegas, amazing content as always :D
Hope we can play one day :,)
Thanks so much!!
I feel soooo smart picking up Bourne's anytime I see them!
That was FUCKING NUTS. Great game, y'all.
Wow that was nuts
That sure was a smothering tithe, look what happens when you don’t pay your taxes. To be fair though I’m not going to pay the 2 either, I need that mana!
That stack. It's.
Beautiful
Man, that was a wild game... so impressed on how good born upon a wind is
Marneus for the win!
I love that commander!
Remember too that that stack was in the middle of combat too
Im definitely gonna be looking at Born Upon a Wind for Inalla. It probably wont do as much work in a turbo deck, but it seems really good
This game is why I play and enjoy magic....R.I.P Cam
Thats a good W Tyler! Great game yall!
You just love it when cEDH players never pay their taxes ❤
Rebel got humbled after that ledger LMAOOOO
this bruse/thrasios has such a dense tymna package xD
13:18 was such a mood
Chapeau to Tyler on this win
Awesome video guys! idk if you guys remember but it’s Blayne, I was the last game you played on Friday night? Loved the game even if your Grafdiggers cage completely blew me out Dylan 😂. Thanks for the signatures on my Kinnan btw, just sad Tyler wasn’t there 🥲.
Dylan you should have responded to the triggers before resolving fish or tithe to go over it before they draw
Crazy fun game to watch that stack was nuts
That was such an fun interactive sequence
Rebell put up one hell of a fight. Congrats to Tyler for the win.
Freaking Amazing game!! Always love to see complicated stacks 😂😂
That stack was absurd. Well played.
The UNLOAD
That was such a fun game, thank you guys!
That was such an amazing stack battle at the end!
Borne upon the Wind is one of my absolute favorite cards ever.
the emperor protects!
we need a "trigger" counter after this game xD awesome
We need a deck tech for Marneus ASAP
Respectfully, I’ll say that felt a lot like kingmaking. Also, not b*tching, Just a learning experience of what not to do.

Rebell without Jigantha is like wedding on your rainy day
It's like ten thousands spoons when all you need is a traffic jam.
Marneus is a baller card. Monastery monk is also an all star in the 99
what an amazing game. wow!
Are keywords such as “flying” “haste” “trample” etc considered “abilities”? Does dress down make creatures lose these keywords as well as activated abilities and triggered abilities? If not are they just considered “keywords”?
holy stack batman
hell yeah. great game
That was bonkers.
B E G I N WITH S P I N
What an ending
been playing casual with Marneus, specifically leaving out these engines xD I'd like to keep my friends pls and ty
that stack was insane though! gj navigating that! I'd have been like Cam, smoke coming out of my ears lol
