SYND 26 2 77 VICE PRES MUYONGO OF SWAPO ADDRESSES COMMITTEE

(25 Feb 1977) Mr Mishake Muyongo, Vice-President of the South West Africa People's Organisation (SWAPO) has accused South Africa's government of training a force of of 15,000 Angolans to be used in Namibia and in Angola. He was addressing Friday's (25Th Feb 77) meeting of the United Nations De-Colonisation Committee in New York. He said the question no longer was, when war would break out....it was already in progress.
