The guitarist, Shiren, who has Tenosynovitis, still has it, it's one of those things you learn to manage. I got it 40 years ago, and while it's fine now, I still have to be carefull of what I do, or I could set it off again.
Shiren uses a headless guitar all the time now, as it reduces the weight and presure on the arm. Also for the 1st 1/2 of a gig, he will have the guitar on a stand, while playing. If you look at the video, there is a cut out at the very bottom, which you do not normally see, that is so when the guitar is not on the stand and he is playing, he can put his leg up on the monitors and rest the guitar on his leg. So yes Shiren seems better, it's just that he has learnt how to manage it well. He also does not really take the lead any more, that is left to Jinya and Jill.
Shiren's injury happened 2017, Unlucky Morheus became a full time band in 2016, they were a part time band before then from 2008, with just Fuki and Shiren. After a while people wanted to see them live, which was a problem seeing there was 2 of them, so they asked friends to help them out, and they slowly built up a core band that played live with them. Ogawa (bass) and Fumiya (drums) 1st appearing in 2011, and Jinya (guitar) and Jill (violin) around 2014. Then in 2016 Fuki was with out a full time band, and a few part time bands, So Shiren and Fuki decided to take the band full time in 2016, and asked the people who had become part of the core live band to join them, so Jill was part of the band before Shiren's injury.
The song is played backwards, the drums and lyrics are different, appart from the last of the 1st and the 1st of the second, which are in German. The guitars and violin are all forwards then backwards.
The song came about due to Shiren reading in a newspaper about a company in Switzerland that turns peoples ashes in to dimonds. So the 1st song is about someone paying for their loved one to have it done. Then he thought what would happen if someone loved that person so much that they reversed the process and bought the person back to life. That why at the start you see the dimond from and at the end it melted.
While you noticed all the video trickery in the 2nd part, you missed it in the 1st one, they are both messed around with, which you'll notice if you watch it again.
Oh!! And why did they do it, because they could, and you'll find that with some Unlucky Morpheus stuff. That's one of the great things about this band, they do it because they want to, they are a totaly independent band, so they have no one say what they should do or how to do it. The band has so much tallent, they should be way bigger than they are, but they do not care, they are happy being a small Japanese band, that do things for their fans. At the end of the day, they are a bunch of nerds who like to play video games, with each other, that can play music, and like to play it to their other friends.
The sheet music of Revadac is the sheet music of Cadaver, in reverse... except for the drums. They are two different songs, and the lyrics are different. Revadac has its own lyrics, sung to the reverse melody of Cadaver. Cadaver is about the death of a loved one and their cremation. There's a process where a person's ashes can be pressed into an artificial diamond. Revadac is about using that diamond to bring the deceased back. So even the meanings of the songs are reversed.
As for the video, parts of it are backwards. The parts in Revadac that you noticed don't line up, if you watch it again, will line up in Cadaver.

This is an inverted version of the entire video. Someone reversed the whole thing. You'll notice the backwards sounding lyrics that you mentioned you were looking for here. But you'll also notice that it sounds the same as the original version.
I did watch both the version with the sheet music and the reversed version. That's crazy talent.
It's mostly the same song backwards, but only the parts that make sense, so drums & lyrics are rewritten to work that way. IIRC it's mostly the guitar solos, melodies and the riffs that are played backwards. Maybe also slightly altered, so they don't sound weird. There's also another version of the video with sheet music, where you can follow along the main melody both ways and they actually scroll through the same sheet backwards, so you can see that it's really the same, just backwards.
This is an awesome song from Start to finish and finish to start again.
I don't like to throw the word genius around for no reason but this band is beyound impressive at many levels. The singer Fuki actually have a rather large vocal range, you will notice in certain song she sing higher/lower. This is the kind of band where you think there is no way every single member is at the same talent level and you'll be proven wrong everytime. Thank you for the reaction!

The sheet music is flipped backwards for the 2 guitars, bass and violin for the Revadac portion and there are a few lines said backwards as well. While Cadaver is about death, Revadac is about rebirth.
1 thing in that MV is that you can see Fuki out of sync during certain parts and that is because she is signing for the other song while listening to the other.
Composer Shiren did it just because he thought it could be cool and see if he would be able to.
They did release a version with the sheet music displayed at the bottom to help understand that the music was played backwards. There is also a fan edit of that MV that plays it in reverse and other than the lyrics, you can't really tell the difference.
Last tidbits of info is that Unlucky Morpheus is still an Independent band and do everything by themselves.

They play the same chords in backwards but with different arrangements, also the solo section is all the same as Cadaver in real backwards but played in real time, and that is not easy to do
Nice reaction so, now You can order the "Change of Generation" album, my favourite, and perhaps the Tour dvd/br with the same name and yes, they do it Live.
The lyrics are different, the back round vocals arebackrounds, the drum beat is different to match the song

Revadacは vo.とドラマーは歌詞は違うしドラムは２曲ほぼ同じリズムをとっています。
しかしgt.(x2).ba.、vionはCadaverの楽譜を逆から弾いているので一部途中から曲が変わります。
そのため分かりやすくCadaver→Revadac
