నాకు మైసూర్ పాక్ అంటే చాలా ఇష్టం. చిన్నపుడు మా అమ్మ చేసేది. అలాగే అప్పట్లో మా ఊర్లో హోటల్ మైసూర్ పాక్ కూడా చాలా బాగుండేది. కానీ హైదరాబాద్ వచ్చేక స్వీట్ షాపుల్లో మైసూర్ పాక్ తింటే అసలు అది ఎలాగో ఉంటోంది. అందుకే మైసూరు పాక్ తినడమే మానేశాను. నాకేమో మా అమ్మ చేసినట్లు మైసూర్ పార్క్ చెసి తినాలని అనిపించేది కాని ఎలా చెయ్యాలో తెలియదు.
ఈ రోజు మీ వీడియో చూసి ట్రై చేశాను అద్భుతం అచ్చం నేను ఎలాంటి రుచి కోరుకుంటూ ఉండేవాడినో అలాగే, అచ్చం మా అమ్మ చేనట్లు వచ్చింది. amazing
మా ఆవిడకు కూడా చిన్నప్పుడు వాళ్ళ ఊర్లో తిన్న మైసూర్ పాక్ గుర్తోచ్చిందట

హోటల్స్ లో పూరీలు చక్కగా పొంగుతాయి. కానీ ఇంట్లో చేసిన పూరీలు ఎంత ప్రయత్నించినా ఆ విధంగా పొంగడం లేదు. పూరీ పిండి వాడి చూశాను, మైదా వాడి చూశాను, పిండిలో రవ్వ కలిపి చూశాను కానీ హోటల్ పూరీల్లా పొంగడం లేదు. ఏం చెయ్యాలో చెప్పండి.
