Hello... Congratulation for you... I have a identical Hobart Welder Generator since 1999 just to day for my personal work in Steel Structure here in Santiago de Chile, SouthAmerica... I glad to saw your video about these grate machine... God bless you and all people of EEUU and I say thank so much to HOBART Campany for this machine because it helpme at all works that I think!!!!... Best regards for you!!
You pressure wash most thing like that specially Welder . Disconnect your battery might blow your electrical components . I’ve take a clothes hanger and put a old sock on the end of it to clean the rest old gas out of it
Anyone ever removed the engine from this exact welder? About to do mine.. Looked at parts diagram and looks like the crank will come out right past the bell, like going into the fan on the shaft before the generator, but not seeing how with my eyes looking at mine.

@@icanthavenicethings5995 Oooohh... nice... terrific!!!!... I was right about your luck!!!
It really helps reduce crank time buy installing a marine prime bulb pump. This aids in getting carb full of gas.
I would agree with you but I would make sure it wouldn’t damage the diaphragm in the pulse pump….
Better check the slip rings and brushes on the generator end.
