That looks soooo pretty! I notice you didn't use hi-float...do you suggest using it or no? Also do the q-lites glue to the bottom of the balloons? It doesn't look like they moved around. Just wondering...:) Thanks for sharing.
+Sylvia Amado The q-lites are attached to the top of the balloon. since they are heavy themselbes hi float would probably not work .
