@@essentialhandyman I remember as a junior clerk of works arguing with site agents over thermometer readings and if they were going up,or down! … and then being chased out of site cabins after slapping ‘architects instructions’ on their desks …. 🤪yikes!
@@GrumpaLoz things don’t change Loz. Contractors think you’re being over the top and petty. But, that’s what we’re paid to do. I think the problem comes down to them not having the technical knowledge and many surveyors not having site experience.
