My hands moving is for reasons. Do those regular people knows that 'special needs people' uses the internet as well? I do not know sign language, but here in Jamaica I do works with two deaf schools many years now. They uses special computers to communicate on the internet. Therefore, anyone of us could be communicating with a deaf person, and don't ever know it. Just maybe a deaf person might want to cook like them, And they see my four fingers, and then I pointed at the flames. They might think to themselves, ho! he meant put flame setting on gauge 4.. We live in a collective world; Some people do not understand that simple act....!!!!

Maybe it's for deaf people the reason why he talks with his hands.
