When it rains, it pours

Leaving the festival in Brisbans and driving up to the Sunshine Coast I got stuck in a traffic jam on the Gateway Motorway caused by pouring rain. The rain kept coming for the whole first week I was in Maleny and I ended up getting really sick.

Zinc!!! I put zinc drops in my bottled water. It clears the tubes and your lungs. Best thing ever for my lungs!! Yes the new "fast" motorway here from Wellington north is the slowest trip ever!! Over 3 hrs to do a 15min trip the other week.

Ah yes! I usually do supplement with zinc but ran out ages ago so thanks for the reminder! Will go get some more today! 🌞

Any chemist should have it. If you ask for a zinc test at the pharmacy, you can found out if you're deficient. They put a few drops in some water, if you can taste it, you need it, if you can't, you don't!

Oh honey you might have had covid and you probably could get antivirals, I had screaming bones but my other half was bad

I didn’t bother getting tested and am mostly recovered now apart from lingering congestion, shortness of breath and a bit more fatigue than usual but it wasn’t fun at all! 😂
