The best video! Simple. The other videos on youtube were doing way to much for something that was super simple. All I needed was to update my printer to the new wifi. SIMPLE. Thank you!

I’ve done everything in your video but then it just stays on Acquiring printer information for ages & doesn’t load as quick as what yours did, left it for 15 minutes & came back & it was still saying that 😢
This is my problem. I’ve been trying for days to set it up to my phone and nothing seems to work. I held the Wi-Fi button for a long time because I thought you needed to, but as I come out to know you don’t have to and only for three seconds I did it for three seconds, and still nothing and we have the same printer so now I don’t know what to do.
You rock! I spent hours trying to figure this out with the Canon instructions to no avail. Wish I would have found your video earlier!
Thank you, this helped. But I have a question I hope you can help me. When I connected to my wifi it gave me a blue check but underneath it said unsecured network. Within about two seconds, the blue checked stayed, but it said not connected… I rebooted my router. I’ve had the same printer in the past that worked fine. Any suggestions?

Recently changed my wireless authentication key on my router and lost the connection to my MG3600 printer.
