Absolutely fantastic work, man. I can't believe this has been done YEARS ago because you made it look way better than even some cinematics that are being done even today. And you took your time to list out all the mods used which is something so, so rare.

this was made 4 years ago and is still one of the best machinimas i've ever seen. every last detail, animation and camera movement are all payed attention to. even stuff in the background that isn't really noticed is payed attention to. awesome work!
I do stuff like this and it takes a good solid 3 evenings work just to get a 5 minute clip so to do a nearly a 12minute clip with mods is insane especially with that high level of detail and how smooth it is.

thanks! I think I just had the character repeat the same animation over and over and then I manually closed the trunk with the trainer mod. then it was just careful camera positioning, with a wide enough lens to look out as it closed on top.

Amazing video man, which reshade did you use to make the headlights of vehicles, and street lights of the city have that flare? It reminds me of quant V! It can't just be natural vision, because when I used that mod, there were no lens flares.

in terms of percentage how much of this could you do using a ps4 vs PC? i'm trying to decided between ps4/5 or pc : pc seems to hold more potential : but ps4/5 can get results too? cheers : the part when buddy pulls up and opens fire on red car really made this epic for me! nice work
thanks! I think this would be really tough to do on a console because of all the mods and custom textures I used. doesn't mean you couldn't make something cool, but you're probably going to have a lot less control and lower graphics settings.

I have a 21:9 monitor, so that was used to frame everything and then in post I added the vignette, lens blur, and anamorphic flares
