Nice job! And excellent video of the pendulum. Looks like you really know your way around Tracker. Have you tried modeling the pendulum with a dynamic particle model? I'm sure it would work great. Thanks for posting this!
Woohoo! a comment from The Creator! I have not tried the dynamic particle model. I recorded videos and this tutorial for my lab students years ago and this seems to be getting some tracktion [sic] during COVID. I should probably post these videos somewhere for public consumption, but always felt they could have been done better by someone with a global shutter camera and some proper lighting...
As I exist as physical being, a non-physical in reality, I appreciate how your conscious mind engaged with and responded to the information provided by the speaker-a concrete study, indeed. In another dimension, we might meet. A salute and tribute to you and the master of the video.
Thanks so much for the video! One question, how would you apply the mass of the pendulum (or point mass or such) if the pendulum in question was a rigid swinging rod? TIA!
Cordial saludo. Me pasa que cuando le doy analizar y escojo la opción sinusoidal el ajuste no coincide con los datos, de hecho se aleja muchísimo. ¿qué puedo hacer?

the sinusoidal function truly captures the essence of the phrase "life out of balance"
So it would seem

Ok, this vídeo is great, still helping me out with some college tasks!
how do you calculate the linnear regression??

How to find the distance of an object whose motion is non-linear???
Please do it for vertical pendulum 🥺

Would you happen to know the best way to use the tracker for a double pendulum?
great, thank u for sharing
Hi, i want to ask how are you able to get such smooth footage of the pendulum on the tracker, i can't seem to acquire it.
lots of light and a short exposure time!
