The crate without a lid would look cool with a Hudson Bay stencil on the side and use it for blanket storage in your family room. Leaving it open lets people take them out much easier and nicer to display some great quilts or afghans. The chicken wire basket would look cool with the fungus pieces in it for display with maybe some drift wood pieces. The wire basket would look cool with towels and extra TP rolls for a larger bathroom! The last picture frame would make an awesome caulk board for a farm house kitchen or at the front door for reminders or welcome greetings! With the girls frame in their bathroom, what about making a silhouette of the two of them sitting together, cut it out and put it on a piece of card stock that is the same colour as the bathroom walls.

Flipping genuinely vintage items is my thing. I sell them either as is or upcycled. I rarely flip cheap Dollar Tree items or modern mass produced items "Made in China".

First, those earrings, love them!! Second, I found some cute aluminum plant holders with jute wrapped at the top at Dollar Tree today. I got so excited to paint them, add the foam spray and some floral and test the market where I live!! Thank you for the inspiration!! This haul was amazing!! Loved the tall "vase" with the yellow polka dots!

Lol, I would have done the same with the lavender! I always had the same problem with the shorter lavender at Wal-Mart, so when I found it, I bought it all. It was hard to find! I say items you want to keep, keep them. If I found things I liked, even though I was buying for our business, I would keep. Because you may not find the pieces again. My sister and I saw those same garlands a couple of weeks ago at Canton Trade Days in Texas. They were selling for $19. We thought they were interesting too and beachy looking. We decided they were a fungus. I also have made my own paper... really easy and fun. I remember adding seeds and petals to them. Love your videos!!!💕
You are so lucky to get stuff for cheap. Here in Chicago thrift stores and estates sales and flea markets have gotten super expensive!! Like retail prices! That last frame would go for like $30-$50 here!
I still find great prices in chicago and the near by subs.Salvation and good will are hit or miss they have raised their prices because of people reselling ...but other thrift stores are still fair in price in chicago.
what a score with the frames they are gorgeous.....Tip...when using sealer and looks shinny use 0000 metal sponges and pass all over that will take care of the shinny issue..
So, funny story about the tall lavender...I decided to stop at our Walmart when I was headed into work yesterday. There was a guy with a cart stocking some floral. I stepped down an isle across from him so I could see the cart he had and I noticed a lavender bunch. I approached him and asked if I could help by taking some of those floral bunches off of his hands. No need to put them away. He dug around and found the total of 6!!! Employee of the month right there folks!! I felt like a Private Investigator trying to catch someone doing something bad the way I was stalking this poor guy!! 😂😂😂😂 We have all lost our minds 😂😂 Keep inspiring Julie!!

I love the wire baskets, especially the bigger one that's already distressed so beautifully. I have a beautiful old wire basket that is round and I collect blue and white antique rolling pins that I keep in it. Like meissen, etc, mixed with a few wood ones. They look so beautiful in it! I also love the old picture frames and definitely would keep the one in your daughters bathroom. It added a touch of feminity, like the ruffled shower curtain. I think it's a win!

Your haul was excellent, and you should always keep what you like, later if you get tired of a piece sell it and replace it with something you like better. The big box you showed with out a top can be used to display a Christmas tree! I have one just like it! Painted it white and use a cast iron umbrella stand inside box to hold my big Christmas tree. I wish I could post a pic to show you how wonderful it looks!!!

I just LOVE the huge candle sticks, those white hangy things, the small teapot, the wire baskets, and those frames...those BIG BEAUTIFUL frames...lol. I liked everything tho, but these were my favorites. Oh, by the way, those are dried mushrooms.. 😊

I really enjoy your videos Julie. I think my favorite was the tarnished silver pot. Love the shape of it. The little glass vase caught my eye. You had a few things I’d have trouble parting with.
I have 2 of those chicken wire baskets. 1 I keep my coffee pods in and the other I keep the kids snacks in - Little cookie packs, chip bags & gronola bars. I love it

I have been watching your channel for a few weeks but I have never left a comment today I am inspired. Your haul was excellent, and you should always keep what you like, later if you get tired of a piece sell it and replace it with something you like better. My favorite thing in your haul today was the picture frames. The frames are beautiful and would make any home look spectacular. I also loved the sea urchins. There are so many things you can make from them. Let your imagination run wild. I can tell you watch Jamirayvintage. Jami is a good role model.

Treasures!!! The smaller wire basket would be great for k ups or hang on a wall and stick your extra florals from the outside so you can see all you have.

Hey, I would probably white wash the frame in the girls room, to tone it down. Love the frame in your bathroom, and the shell garland looks great. I Loved all the frames you picked up.
I would deffo keep the copper kettle and watering can (the straight bit is called the spout!😄) What excellent finds. Love the wire baskets too.

I love the garland and how it looks on your shelf. I like all the things you hauled. It made me want to go to my thrift store!!! The frames are great and I think those 2 look good in your bathrooms. I would probably have the same problem about what to keep. My husband rolls his eyes every time I come home from thrifting.
Julie don't leave baskets like that behind because in the fall, you can use them with wheat in the fall!. That garland is tree fungus. I love your videos and can't wait for them to come out!

The big box you showed with out a top can be used to display a Christmas tree! I have one just like it! Painted it white and use a cast iron umbrella stand inside box to hold my big Christmas tree. I wish I could post a pic to show you how wonderful it looks!!!
