Recipe for Minced Pork Rice :
Ingredients:
Minced pork, rice wine, salt & pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil (Marinate overnight)
Garlic
Vegetable oil
Rice
Water
Spring onion
Preheat mesh tin & vegetable oil
Slice & fry the garlic on slow heat
Mix the marinated minced pork with garlic
Mix rice with minced pork & garlic
Add water & mix
Cook for 30mins
Add soy sauce & water
Add 2 eggs & cook for another 2-3mins
Spring onion as topping
Enjoy!
