On the main shove a 5' piece of pex into the pipe and just blow.... pour some anti freeze down it.... Ideally you want to use your water heater as a air tank pressurize the system and go from fixture to fixture opening and closing till you get nothing but mist... pour enough antifreeze in the bowl to fill the trap to keep sewer gasses from coming back.... normally I'd like to see the meter adapter cracked to blow out the entire main, but yours has a check valve (that style is a pain in the ass to remove). You won't need to disconnect sinks or toilet supplies if you blow it out well..
