Raising my sidewalk!

In this video I take my sunken concrete slab and raise it with car jacks, a 4+4 and spray foam in a can!

Wouldn't that sidewalk be the city's responsibility? I own four houses in 3 countries and that's not my responsibility in any of them

Yes it is. I have two electric sump pumps and one back up that runs off water pressure
