Guardians are 4-2 vs the Mariners, Just as of today beat the Orioles, And are 1-2 vs the Yankees with one of those losses being by one run.
Also Cleveland is 11-6 vs their division which is a .647 winning percentage which is lower than their actual winning percentage.
They might not be the best team in the league but they are definitely World Series contenders right now

Okay here's the thing with the Guardians looking at the record they are 50-26. That record would put us in second in the AL East. With that record we'd be first in the AL West we will be tied for first in the NL East in the most shocking one of all is we would be leading the NL West over the Dodgers. But I would have to agree with a reply on this of lincolncase3797 the Guardians are really good they are a top five teams by MLB Network. They're going to get better at the deadline

The AL Central are a combined 193-199 while the AL West are 180-215, I'm not sure what makes you think the AL West is stronger competition.

If teams are dumb enough to give that kind of money to Soto then they screw over the rest of their roster pay. Even if you want to say Soto is as good a hitter as Judge, that should only be $40M/yr since soto is kinda bad at defense, so you really want him for his hitting. Giving him $10M than judge per year would be dumb. And Soto doesnt even pay for himself, whereas Shohei will easily make all that money back for the Dodgers with sponsorships and fanfare.

Saying the Guardians aren’t contenders is a joke, nor did it age well since the apparently “don’t have enough to beat the Orioles” yet they go for the sweep tonight. Cleveland also has the best record in the sport against teams over .500 (very few of those games are inside the division either since the back half of the schedule is filled with ALC games). Guardians have the best bullpen in baseball and one of the most balanced offenses in the sport (8th in HR and 27th in K). Acting like they’re not one of the top 4 teams in baseball is just bias.

The freaking Yankee's pitching staff as fell apart over the last 2 weeks. It is nuts, I do not know the exact numbers but it was like a under 3 ERA to a 9+ ERA over the last 2 weeks. The bats have slowed down and the pitching fell apart. Never a good thing to happen to a team at the same time. It's not too bad if one or the other is going on but when it happens at the same time the Yanks I think have lost 11 out of 13 and 4 in a row. I know they will pull out of this but they are going to loose ground to the O's now. They had a chance to be 5-6 games up because the O's lost 5 in a row recently and now they are back to winning and the Yanks are back to loosing. I am a die hard fan but this team is NOT a world series team and barely a playoff team.

While I do agree that at this point the guards aren’t World Series contenders all of your reasons were so wrong. Claiming they can’t beat these teams when they e proven over and over that they can and that “they are products of an easy division” yet have the best record in the MLB against teams over 500. So that’s just blatantly wrong. The reason they’re not World Series contenders is their starting pitching. Assuming Gavin Williams comes back as good as he has been and they get a middle rotation guy that can get you deep into games to turn it over to the best bullpen this year and maybe the best in a long time I see no issues with them getting hot and just dominating their way to late October.
