This version of Blue Danube seems to calm my 3 month old baby. We take turns, me and my wife, to waltz with her to this every night before bedtime and she listens raptourously and soon goes of to dreamtime. Especially if we piroute and do a little skip now and then. Nothing else seems to work.
It so wonderful and relaxing to be able and listening to Mr Strauss sweat music when I enjoy my lunchtime in my home ❤️🎩 This year I will be 90 years young ( so help me God ) still love to dans after music like this Mr Strauss ❤️❤️🎼🎶and even the soft and sweet music from the American songbook 🙏😇than you for the music all off your 🎼with love from Sweden 😴😴

As I listen to this, I feel my dad's presence though he passed 1992. Growing up, he'd bring home long play albums of mostly classical music and though at that time I did not particularly care for it, somehow listening played daily, it was etched in my mind and at 76, I am so grateful he introduced me to the most beautiful music mankind ever had the pleasure of listening to and enjoying. I thank my father for this very precious gift of music, particularly Johann Strauss. If only I can tell him. Thank you papa. I will forever cherish your love of music and the joy you gifted to me.

Love this music and Andre Rieu has managed to bring it back to life again I first heard this at high-school when in the German choir we. sang the words to it And thought it sounded better in German then the version we did in the English choir I play this version when I'm dialysing at renal for 4 hours it helps pass the time and helps keep you relaxed

I have listened to this piece for 16 years, every night. I put a CD to play every night when it is time to go to sleep and on perpetual disk repeat. In the morning, I turn the CD player off. The old Sony CD player has never failed. The CD has never failed. But more importantly, the iconic music has never let me down. It calms all problems. Many years from now, it will be playing on my death bed.
