@7:40 the honda city turbo came with a folding scooter for inner city transportation. highly sought after item for jdm enthusiasts. the sunny has a bunch of the designers hobby stuff in the back, art supplies iirc.
@@azamkazam9591 there it is totally spaced on the name, last time i saw one on the youtubes was mighty car mods channel, but yeah highly sought after pieces of jdm history... i recall seeing a custom mainline version of the city turbo, some one took the "motocampo" out of and "unfolded it" in scale....talk about a tiny scoot lol.
The Japan historics series has been awesome, the first set is my favorite, but the other two are awesome also. I got lucky and found the team transports, that is awesome set also. Great show my friend.
Great vid👍🏾TY! I loved JH1 & 2 at first sight. My only issue with either was the paint on the hood of the 2000GT, the green didn't lay down flat & it annoys me... JH3, I'm not sure how I feel about this one. Love the City & Sunny, the R30 is just ok imo, & I'm really let down by the Cosmo & Silvia - wheel proportion. I might have to buy an extra of each to do a wheel swap to something more appropriate just to feel ok about them. I fell in love with the City Turbo II when Honda introduced it. I was in my Jr. year of H/S and I thought the car was amazing because we didn't have cars like this in the US, I loved its size, it's ferocious little turbocharged engine & it came with a moped that fit in the trunk.
Wow! I love the Japan Historics line (and most of the other premium lines as well from HW). I don't have the series 3 as it's not sold in Denmark where I live (I do have series 1&2). I have to buy all my diecast collecting from ebay and Wheel collectors. I agree HW (as well as MBX) are the best rollers. I do find it odd that many of the other premium brands roll bad or have wobbly wheels/axels. And yes HW (and MBX) are the only ones that can get away with disproportionate wheels, and I agree it probably is because we played with the cars as kids
Awesome video my friend!!! Found duplicates of everything you had in the video but I live in Maine USA and hit it at the right time at Wally's!!! Keep up the great informative videos!
When I get duplicate car culture cars on accident, and i open them, i just take scissors and chop them off above the top of the blister and save the car artwork. Later I can probably remove it with a hair dryer without damaging the art. I save them because they are still great to look at and you can toss them on a scanner and do something with the artwork that way too. Desktop or phone wallpaper, maybe as a website background or avatar, stuff like that.
Both sets are great. The Skyline R30 and the Mazda Cosmo are my favorites from Japan Historics 3 and i like all 3 new Team Transports. I'd have to say JH2 are my favorite set of cars so far and i'm already curious to see what they have in store for Japan Historics 4. Thanks for showing these loose and in detail!
Thanks so much! Still working the kinks out of the shirts and merch, but expect some things to be available later this year when I get my own website up and linked to this channel!
Thanks for the video. Great job again. I always enjoy watching. I'd also like to have one of those shirts. Looks like you may have a market for them here. Extra Hot Wheel $$$ js

The Mazda Cosmos is a disappointment as if you look at the front of the castings and compare that to the art work and the real Cosmos, it is quite different.
Cracking Video, I have just bought the cosmo sport and the skyline, my supplier has only just got them in, check out my new plastic display boxes fresh in from China, all my fav cars are in one place and I love it.

Wave 1 is by far the best, never thought I'd get my hands on that set but it recently happened & the euphoria was immense
eh, its an overhyped set IMO , serise 3 is meh , serise 2 has the best cars but was nissan heavy , the first seise was good but not 120$ good
WOW . Awesome cars .
It’s great that you crack them open !!!
Awesome collection.
SOO KOOOOOLLLL
Mike Espo.
Great channel, brother! A lot of us here are living vicariously through you and your amazing collection! And you're Canadian! So sick!

I love how hot wheels put a rotary in every JH series

I got lucky with JH1 and JH2 but I haven’t found the Sunny JH3 yet witch is the one I want

Terrific suggestions! Thank you!
No prob, and by "remove it with a hair dryer" i meant the remaining plastic scrap left glued to the card. But yeah, it's too beautiful to toss out! :D

The enfíni livery on the 787B was used in the early 90s, glad to see another version outside of the car culture
Great video! I love these Japan Historic’s so hard to find! Great shirt where do I get one?

Have you got any packaged factory defects. Worth keeping an eye because they are ultra rare. And valuable
Thanks great video!! Just picked up the transports very nice!!
I am still sniffing my hotwheels! 😂 Fresh die cast smell! 🤤 So comforting
Awesome! They do bring a sense of comfort don't they?
wtffor Also ...When I think about it ...the first breath of a fresh case is also very satisfying. 😊 There’s something in the card’s smell.
I totally dig the smell of fresh paint and real riders! 🤗
When I open some cars ...I cut the bubble at the base of the card with an exacto knife. That way I can keep the card good looking . 😉
The trucks are pretty neat. Love the one with the Superbird on it
I love the JH sets mate thanks for sharing 👍👍
Wow!!!
Nice!!!
Beautiful Collection and cars!!!
Congratulations!!!

Thank you for the huge compliment, and new word to add to my vocabulary! :)
How much did u pay for all the cars u have
I paid about $60 Canadian a set, shipping included
wtffor ok
Mattel forgot to put the bumper on the Mazda cosmos.. the prototype had it.. seriously cut cost on a 5.45$ car,
Cool video
Thanks love the new stuff bra
Why can't Hotwheels package their Premium cars & Transporters like Greenlight so that we can keep the artwork too?
I for one don't like all of the plastic that Greenlight comes in, excess waste for an opener like myself.
@@wtffor Ya its recyclable but i still like the artwork that they put on the cars
Me like the Porsche! Me want one! 🍪
Arigato!Nice!grettings
What does the WTF mean?
The Mazda Cosmos is a disappointment as if you look at the front of the castings and compare that to the art work and the real Cosmos, it is quite different.
