Thanks and Thanks for watching Vassmotorsports, im the only one ever puts gas in the vehicles hahaha, I put $10 before I took it home lol, I used to eat them when I go to my dad's garage to do my upholstery work and get the lunch special 🤣 but haven't had one in a while
Thanks and Thanks for watching Vassmotorsports. Sorry to hear about your troubles and good luck with replacing your trans, hope ya check out some of my other videos, never know what ill be into hahaha
Thank you so much , and thank you for watching fast motorsports, I hope you check out and enjoy some of my other videos, I am happy to report that the transmission is still doing great.
Thanks for that and thanks for watching Vassmotorsports and hope ya check out some of my other videos. Update thankfully the trans is still doing great and even been to Florida and back. Good luck if you are changing yours yourself
Thank you brother on the video literally showing how to get the converter bolts out of the H3 hummer, due to the rear main seal cover it is virtually impossible to get a 3/8 ratchet onto the convertor bolts.. the damn bolt size is a 18mm or 3/4.. ive been bending & breaking wrenches to get the right angle needed to remove these 3 bolts. I had to legit pull the transmission out leaving the converter installed onto the fly wheel. What a %&@*!$#& these vehicles are. I'm a huge GM fan & totally let down by GM here. Wtfffff
Thanks and thank you for watching Vassmotorsports, I agree with loving GM trucks and Camaro, but this Hummer I went into out of my comfort zone cause I wanted to get the wife something she wanted as ive picked every vehicle we've ever owned last 27 years since I'm my own mechanic and do not take anything anywhere ever ,lol. But after I did the swap I realized it was not that bad at all , very stupid design on the bellhousing opening tho. A offset wrench would be great for this and I probably did have a 3/4 after all. Just remember next time ya have to bend a tool heat it with small torch first lol
When u hooked used transmission up and put transfer case back in did u have to relearn transfer case control module so u wont have the "service 4wd" message displayed"
Thanks for watching Vassmotorsports and no I did not have to do any learning procedures, and this is a whole different transfer case that came in the other Hummer, and the little motor was rusty so I mounted my original onto this case. Everything is working fine still and been couple months
Not sure as I only messed with it few hrs here and there ,for about 3 days, always messing with something else in-between, now that I did one and know I have a tool for converter bolts ,and to remove electric motor on transfer case before dropping, it's really not that bad a job , but I also did rear seal why I was in there , and after I drove and tested trans to make sure it was good down interstate, I changed filter and used my Trans Flush machine to clean and put all new fluid in , I'm happy to report it's been doing great, thanks for watching Vassmotorsports
Awesome job Steve. Looked like you took it back on empty you gonna get in trouble 🤣 kellet's use to have some good hotdogs.

Yes ,to high on block and hole is to small , have to go thru the little slot on bottom, really not that bad, just wierd design
