- follow the whole video and it should work (at least if you run checkra1n jailbreak and ios 12.5.7 because that's what i used in this video)
Other IOS versions might differ slightly in how you make it work but it shouldn't be that big of a difference that you'll have to go searching for hours on google to make it work. The basic tweaks should be the same
*If Lowerinstall doesn't show up in your settings then go to the link below and install preferenceloader. that should get lowerinstall visible and you can then change the ios version and device code (use something real like Iphone14,4 and IOS 16.1.1 - Simulating an iphone 13 mini)

hi there, i've installed lowerinstall, change the data to spoof the AppStore and no matter what info i put into, it says NOT COMPATIBLE BLABLABLA... what should I do?

I've put those info in on my ip 4s with 9.3.6, but it still says unable to purchase bc not support blablabla when trying to download spotify
try doing it over again, either something's wrong or apple just caught onto this workaround

does it say downloading an older version? if so then there might not be a version of that app that works on your ios version

After enabling the tweak nothing happends
you need to input a newer iphone's details in the lowerinstall settings, download the app, check if it works, and if it doesn't then delete the app, turn lowerinstall off, and then download it again (it'll then say downloading an older version)

so if app crashed what happened? your answer just yeah just yeah just. yeah. so if crashes, you uninstalled it, and then what? install from the purchase? or re-install from the app store?
it'll be the same via purchased or app store. if it still doesn't work then there's no old version of that app that works with your ios version
@@KY_Optics Thank you, still crashes, I use appstore++ and still crashes I think it won't work :( I set on lower install ios 15.7.9 with iPad 6,1 (original was iPad 4,1 (iPad air 1st gen) with ios 12.x.x) we manually change the detail on lowerinstall isn't it?
yes, but if it didn't work with appstore++ I'm not sure lowerinstall will help (assuming you already on the oldest version)

mine starts to download then stops and says unable to download app
after it does that, turn lowerinstall off, go back to the app store and redownload. it'll then say you're downloading a previous version and work perfectly

the app might have no older version if it's too new, basically making it impossible to run on your version of ios

search "cydia tweaks not showing up". I remember that there's another tweak you need to install if it doesn't show up right away

@@KY_Optics install through what? if installed via cellphone, there will be an iOS upgrade command
through the app store. once you have them as "purchased" then they'll download as older versions

What info did you put in lowerinstall? I have the same phone on 9.3.6
@@windows2v same as his, all you have to do is turn on lowerinstall, download the app and confirm the pop up message, turn off lowerinstall, go to updates, then purchased, install the app, and confirm the popup "do you want to install the last compatible version" and then done! You have successfully installed the app
@@windows2v btw after you confirm the popup message in turned on Lowerinstall, just cancell the app
