9 For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
It pleases God when we are a diligent seeker after Him. Out of seeking Him , the love that flows from Him will flow out to the body. This is a commandment of God to love the Lord and our neighbor as ourselves. But it doesn t stop there we must be willing to go out into the streets and seek out the lost and hurting souls that don t know about the love of Jesus.

About David Wilkerson
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

I often hear the love for God often in David Wilkerson. He was the 1st person I ever listened to that made me want to live totally for God & be a person of prayer. Miss him.

I just found this amazing man today. I am a new believer and will peruse all sermons I can of him. I know that he is speaking in truth, I love this man. So grateful to be in Christ now. I was hanging in my wife's walkin closet last month. police kicked in door and cut me down.

I thank you. I have been back slidden and crying for all my sins. God has been so patient and loving. Please pray for me...anyone watching that I will please God and be obedient. I have lost all my joy, attempted suicide and have such guilt and shame. I need God to help my unbelief. That I can know that my wonderful savior can and will forgive me and bring joy back into my life that I can bring joy into other people's life and my entire backsliding 4 siblings. All sick, in their 50's jobless, depressed. We were all raised as Christians with great parents that took us to church and had Bible studies nightly. I am so broken and watching my broken siblings. I have a horrible sin of procrastination and deep major depression. It is all because of my sin. I want a clean slate, I want to work for God and be a witness but am having a hard time believing God can forgive my wickedness in my back sliding and to know God loves me. I knew for 15 years God loved me and obedience was a huge concern and love for others. I no longer have that hope in my spirit that I would be saved if I pass away tonight. Thank you all who pray for me.
GOD said to me that HE would do a new Thing and that I would sing a New Song. No more singing the Blues. Victory in JESUS! Beware of pride and prosperity in the transference of riches. Opulence will be the downfall of many when the gold and silver is passed out to God's people. Many have been prepared through trials and tribulations. I think Jesus tells us to diligently seek His Word because He knows that if we do, it will naturally change us to WANT to please Him:)) I don’t think anyone who really digs into the Bible and looks for Him, can’t help but be changed! So many atheists who have done it, have ended up believing in Him. Hallelujah! Praise God!

13:10 says you have to forgive everyone in your family and calls it foolish if you dont; but what about Paul and John mark-was Paul being foolish? If family betrays you on a consistent regular basis why should you continue to subject yourself to that? Just bc one doesn't subject themselves to that kind of treatment idt means that they still can have forgiveness towards that person.

Here is a man who clearly has never suffered from any nasty abusers in his family.
Sometimes separation from a draining family member is necessary, as long as you have truly forgiven them. People all through out the bible went seperate ways. Paul and peter, paul and barnabas and abraham and lot.

We have been taught by religious authorities that since we have been created by God, we must worship and please God by keeping His Laws.
But this is not TRUTH! Worshipping God is a pagan ritual! When people worship God, they set God apart and above them - unreachable and to be feared - for who knows what evil God might send on earth if people did not act according to His will.
But that was not the message Jesus brought to earth! Jesus spoke of the Father, which supplied all needs, which answered when called, which healed when requested to do so, which was both transcendent to us and also within us; meaning that the Creator is universal.
