@@Beij1ngCornthe weapon is intended to be generally weaker on base stats because of the powerful crit. Which is fair balance, it wouldn’T be good to make the weapon be on par or stronger than flamekeeper cestus while being a sword, and having a strong crit.
Honestly Spiders I'm not sure if my build was a good choice I decided to go shadow and collapsed lung for this weapon along with dawnwalker. The plan of the build is to use my different guardbreaks like single shot shadow gun, radiant dawn, skyshattered kick and pair them with sight less still and fear
Does admittedly take some skill and setup to use effectively against decent players, but yeah I would say some people are overreacting a little with how strong the weapon is
Could you tell us how to use inhale effectively? (Also ive used your air attack into rising wind a lot and its really benefited my pvp thank you so much spiders)
pretty good. people miss parried a lot of visionshaper clones and are forced to block so if you can figure out how to abuse that with the crit could be good
there’s nothing really I can think off the top of my head that has special synergy with it, so prob just best to follow the meta -> dawnwalker, arcwarder, visionshaper, etc

@SpidersDW I actually made it work I just need to lvl 5 my skyshattered
the crit is very easy to dodge imo and never had any problems fighting it, even the anims werent to bad
(he never fought a purple cloud user before)

afaik just changes the crit, I haven’t tested it myself but no reason for it to be different from every other weapon
