It depends when you study those papers, for instance, if they completed in 2015 and you're taking your skill and professional exams in 2021 you may be struggling to remember, also if you're not working this may be another disadvantage. I think he's right to say having so many exemptions can demolish the foundation.
And another important think i need to point out is that, when you claim ACCA through exemption you won't be able to claim other professional qualification like CPA (CAN), CA ANZ, ACA (ICEAW).
An ACCA member can claim exception for many professional qualification like i mentioned above. But if you claimed ACCA through any exception (like bcom) you won't get the exception that are given ACCA member. They don't allow you to claim exception through exception.

Try doing it independently, like separate Classes for ACCA and Separate classes for BCOM or BBA. Also invest few hours in learning basics of Accounting, Commerce and Economics. I’ve said few hours for you considering the fact that you’ve scored 95% on Boards.

If u r a bsc strudent then why would u want to do ACCA after your bachelors , MBA is a much much much....... better option for u. plus MBA in India will actually cost u less than ACCA. if u still want to do a certification than go for CFA, CAIA or FRM ect, they are much more lucrative and cheaper than ACCA. as u r a science student, doing CFA or FRM can land u a job in investment banking which is literally the most lucrative field in finance. note: this is all coming from a person who is actually doing ACCA.

No, it’s not the same. ACCA is way more advanced. Concentrate on ACCA and take BCom from a college where they support you to do ACCA, then you can easily manage it.

So What's your Plan with ACCA? If you are serious with ACCA then get started with the Basics first then go Towards the Main exams. Infact 9 paper Exemption is completely Pathetic, Students will be left over demotivated about ACCA.
That's with some particular Autonomous Universities/Colleges offering Integrated BCOM with 6 Papers Exempt which is worst for the student as they will be missing out on the basics.
