Thank you for showing a REAL day in the life instead of just trying to make it seem aesthetic! This is such great content! Makes me feel much more calm about entering my grad program
I really enjoy these week in the life vlogs! thank you so much for including us on your journey through grad school in the midst of your busy schedule. God bless you!! We're all rooting for you, friend
I’m going through grad school for SLP too. I can relate to the early mornings and the exhaustion just creeping in towards the end of the week! So delighted to meet a fellow bilingual clinician - this practice needs more of us 😉❤
I love how honest and simple this vlog is! I just started my leveling courses and I really want to start vlogging the journey but I'm so camera shy lol. I'm slowly trying to ease myself into it. But, this was inspiring!
I'm from Brasil and I love phonodiology, I just got approved at one of the federal universities in my country and I intend to be a great professional, I'm excited, I loved your videos.
Love this so much! I’m currently studying and in my last year. Starting practice this semester and I’m so nervous but exited! Puedes hablar sobre cómo haces las notas SOAP ?
Hi Ashley, I am a fellow SLP and have started a a newsletter for graduate students in the field and for those wanting to learn more about speech-language pathology. I am wondering if you would like to be part of a future edition. I have called this The Prospective SLP newsletter and while it is new, I am trying to highlight some SLPs in the Weekly Spotlight, a section of the newsletter that allows for SLPs to share their experiences. My goal with this newsletter is to share helpful resources for students, answer some questions, provide helpful resources, and ultimately be able to provide contacts for graduate students when they graduate from their programs and start looking for employment. If you would like to be in the Weekly Spotlight, please let me know. I am hoping that, over time, this can be a helpful resource for prospective SLPs and be beneficial for the SLPs that have offered input as well. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
First thing you wanna do is make sure your ready to complete the presequites for your masters, these are known as bio 1010, chem or physics 1005, stats, and intro to physcology . Remember if you took any AP classes submit your scores and you will be able to opt out of gen ed courses due to your exam scores
