My favorite fidget toys from when I was a kid are butterfly knives and switchblades. This was in the 1980s and fidget toys were not an official thing but that’s what they were to me anyhow.
As someone who finally got proper diagnosis of having ADHD as an adult, I so appreciate these reviews, Dave. I particularly like the bubblegum one; I’m going to get one for myself!
@@fortnite_memes1781 It was very difficult, and I think it had a profound impact on my mental health as well. I’ve had moderate to severe chronic depression since age 9, and knowing what I know now, I suspect they stemmed from having ADHD. I’ve been trying to treat the depression for decades and decades, and I’ve just now finally found the suspected root cause that I can work on! I think I developed depression from trying to function in a world that’s not built for someone like me and wondering why I have such hard time trying to do things that other kids give no second thought to. The tricky thing about inattentive type ADHD is that if you’re a hard worker, you can pass under the radar because you can still get good grades by working 10x as hard as everybody else. It wasn’t until last year that it dawned on me that it isn’t normal to stay up till 4am everyday to finish homework. The teachers must’ve been as confused as I was as well, because my test scores were either 100% or occasionally F, scoring the lowest out of every pupil in the class and no in-between.
Those stressballs with stuff inside it are kinda dangerous if you are using em near the computer. They will eventually blow up or wear down enough to spurt out insides and specially those gumballs insides get very sticky and harden quite fast so it can ruin your computer equipment. Got around 6 of em all broke in less than 2 weeks of using. The plastic they use on em just wears down fast. This was hard to write without making it sound too dirty >.
The Perplexus is actually both a hell of a lot of fun and a hell of a lot of frustration at the same time lol, at least the 1 I had tried was only because I wanted it to be all complete but as you're doing 1 puzzle it ruins another
I love these fidget toys! 😁❤️ the pen is my favourite it reminds me of magnetics when I was a child I always loved building things from magnetics I may just buy one of these Great video Dave keep it up ❤
Great video. Very difficult to choose just one favorite, so I narrowed my top four down to just one and the winner is… the metal spinner aka “mini Ferris wheel” I think the all metal was sleek, but I really like the marbles! Thanks for the info and your time!❤
Davehax I really am going to miss you because I'm going to Algeria and I will have a lot of fun and I won't be here for 2 months long the story I will tell everything about my story I hope you all have a great great day😢❤
Nice. All of them are pretty cool, but I can't get the picture of the watermelon squeezing showing the seeds out of my head. I guess there are worst things...lol..... Thanks Dave.
in terms of the Perplexus, I met the guy who made the original one of those back when I was in middle school. He was at a speed cubing competition in Berkley CA, I'm pretty sure he certainly saw it as a puzzle, not a fidget toy, especially considering fidget toys wren's really as much of a thing back then (was probably 2008 or 2009).

my favorite was the bead orbit
Thanks for the video Dave! You've probably been the only channel ever to start years ago and still have that nostalgic vibe! Love it!
Imagine Dave having to scratch the table for a video
No worries-He'll use the walnut to wall the surface of the table
Pretty cool huh?
Im sure he placed some chalk in his nails
It is edited if you look closer
@@l1_general Yeah!! just some white drawing lines on the table..
"Pretty cool huh?" is a phrase that is
on this channel that shall never be forgotten.
I'm not quite sure if his "haha" is sarcastic or wholesome, maybe a bit of both, either way I like it.
"how cool is that..."
Gg👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Hahaha funny

the eye of the tiger nails😂 😂😂😂

I have a practice switchblade and I couldn’t agree more, I wouldn’t use a real one though cause It’d make me more stressed to be honest
The first one isn't a good idea for me to relieve stress 😂
I you get so frustrated
Same here,
It'll just make me disappointed.
Why
Also the one at 4:05. It’d frustrate me to not being able to pop them all in.

For me fidget toys are for focusing better. A simple stress ball is enough. Toys shown in this video could bring more distraction than concentration.
You've got that right! Fidget toys are always fun but distracting for me 😢
I agree, for me a fidget toy should be something you get simply and throughly enjoy while all your attention is focused on something else.
