I'm sure it's Jake Zyrus or whatever his name is now. Charice was a phenomenal but too bad, she changed herself into a guy. Her voice was clearly what a talented person would have, but she's now gone, only videos of her remain. As a fellow fan of Charice for years (since she was in Star King), I agree that Charice was one of the best female singers we would have at this era. But her voice was nowhere as controlled as Ailee, the emotion she tried to express just wasn't as much as how Ailee does. She's good, but Ailee is just too good.
I love the audience. No clapping, no yelling, no disruption at all. They're letting her do her thing and at the end let her know how amazing she was. I wish most performances would go this way.

I can't even comprehend this. This woman is breathtakingly incredible. She commands the stage by simply standing there. So much raw, natural talent. The most beautiful cover I have ever listened to. The best word to describe her? Effortless. Purely effortless. You don't see talent like this. She connected with this song on another level I have yet to witness. The level of emotions and how much she poured her entire heart and soul into this song really touched me. I want everyone to watch this, and hopefully feel as much as I did while listening. I don’t know much about vocal things, but Ailee hold B4 - C#5 melisma which Whitney didn’t hold it live. I compared Whitney live to this, and I think Ailee is better in both melisma and head voice usage (my opinion). Whitney is a better singer for sure, but in this song Ailee beats her.

I can't even comprehend this. This woman is breathtakingly incredible. She commands the stage by simply standing there. So much raw, natural talent. The most beautiful cover I have ever listened to. The best word to describe her? Effortless. Purely effortless. You don't see talent like this. She connected with this song on another level I have yet to witness. The level of emotions and how much she poured her entire heart and soul into this song really touched me. I want everyone to watch this, and hopefully feel as much as I did while listening. It's such a difficult task to take a world-wide legend's song, like Whitney, and do it justice. Brava, Ailee. I admire her with as much passion as I possibly can, and I hope one day I can posses even the slightest amount of talent that she does. I don’t know much about vocal things, but Ailee hold B4 - C#5 melisma which Whitney didn’t hold it live. I compared Whitney live to this, and I think Ailee is better in both melisma and head voice usage (my opinion). Whitney is a better singer for sure, but in this song Ailee beats her.
