I must admit, it takes an insane amount of skill as a developer to make a champion thats both frustrating to play as and to play against. Really

This is the essence of the "problem" of this character, she is special in that you can not mindlessly use skills as on absolutely any other character in league because on her it can be fatal, when on other characters you spend some of resource (mana/energy etc.) and the ability just goes into cooldown. Just for example some of clips here where they yeeting r across map, they (and many players) just didn't think about what could happen if they miss target. So what? Now they fly to the enemy base and complaining "this champion is so bad".

On Akali -it e-ing someone that's baseing or tping by pressing the button twice! as you can see in other champs that can int in a similar way it is a purposeful *choice* you can visually see ahead of time. with Briar it's because you missed your intended target and hit someone you didn't know was there and now can't do shit about. So ya I'd say that's a valid design complaint that you literally don't have a choice in inting. Has nothing to do with people not reading on knowing skills.
