      @@pablomuniz3596 high end football programs bring in hundreds of millions of dollars and basically pay for the rest of athletics. Also athletes are sacrificing time to study and socialize to bring in that money. I’m not saying normal students should eat like shit. It would be ideal for every student to be able to get a quality meal of their choosing. I also think that after decades of athletes not being able to afford to eat in general while bringing in the amount of money they do, they deserve to have those benefits when their bodies need to be more specific than most people. Especially since affording to eat hangs by a thread considering that people lose scholarships if they get injured

    It's crazy how much money college coaches and personnel earn per year plus all of the many perks that go along with it. Football players are treated like kings and cost lots of money $$$ ... no wonder tuition and fees for all the regular students are so high and many ordinary people can't afford college.

    • @crazygamer-mr6nr
      @crazygamer-mr6nr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It would take a-lot more work, they’d have to hire more kitchen staff. And not to mention, the athletes need this because they’re constantly working out, and they have to stay for the summer and stay outside in the sun in general.

    • @organizedchaos4559
      @organizedchaos4559 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@crazygamer-mr6nr right, regular people don't need to eat, just keep feeding them junk. Did you even read what you just wrote, you made it seems athletes are a different breed of humans with special needs that the rest of us don't have.

    • @crazygamer-mr6nr
      @crazygamer-mr6nr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@organizedchaos4559 No one said that the regular students didn’t need to eat. They just don’t need this stuff. So you think they should be offered dietitians, meal plans and orders personally catered to them? If the school did that, they would need to hire more staff and possibly expand so they can fed more equipment to feed all those students.

    • @crazygamer-mr6nr
      @crazygamer-mr6nr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The regular students have options too, and can choose healthier options of their own.

    • @crazygamer-mr6nr
      @crazygamer-mr6nr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@organizedchaos4559 And my main point was, that athletes need this due to the fact that they work out often and need to eat right to compete at a high level.
