I like the design so much that I have just ordered an Esprit Alpine Iconic top of the range. 3 months estimated waiting time, im eating out my heart with impatience.
That's a great bargain right there. Beautiful car, amazing interior, nice work from Renault. Perhaps if they increased the power just a bit to make it attractive to more buyers. But what I reallty wanted to ask, is why are you in Romania😁? And one more question. Are you going to review the Renault Rafale any time soon?
Mal wieder ein super Video Könntest du ein genaues Video zum Matrix LED Licht machen und vielleicht zur 360° Kamera ❤ Dazu habe ich noch nicht so viel auf TH-cam gefunden
If you have the full hybrid version please can you record the ev sound from outside so we can hear it and what it sounds like from the inside I think the settings called smile mode!! As I believe the sound emitter is outside above the front wheel and the sound can be heard inside the car aswell as outside
@@ineffigesome reviews say it's underpowered but have a test drive & see. It looks great & does what it says. The bty & petrol idea comes from F1 in this full hybrid.
What’s the real 0-60mph time on this car? I don’t mean the one it says on the sheets but the actual time you get? Everywhere it says around 8.4s but I’ve seen videos where the best is 9.3s. Could you verify this please.
My dad has this car but with 1.3 Tce, automatic gearbox. In my opinion, if you can get this car well equiped under 32.000, go for it. It drives ok, the suspension is pretty good, materials are decent, but the car curently has 6.000 km and the driver seat is making squeaking noise when you change your position (back side), there was also a squeaking somewhere near the steering wheel (not from steering wheel itself or smtg like that) which now might be gone, don't know for sure. One day when I started the car and had to reverse, the car felt like it had no power, tried to press harder on the gas pedal but nothing. Tried 2 times to put it again in reverse but for nothing. My point is, Renaults are cheap build and also the electronics tend to be buggy. I own a 2022 Tucson which is way better than the Austral. Plus I have AWD. Materials used on the Tucson are also better. Also, the Austral only unlocks when the car senses the key near the car. If one day it decides that it doesn't want to unlock, you will have to search for your key and "manually" unlock it, since there is no button or sensor on the door handle. They wanted to make a "premium" car but afterall, it's just a Renault. Good looking/build at a first glance, but once you have a long term contact with it, you will see how it really is. It's not a bad car. If you get a good price, go for it. But take your time and take a look at other brands as well. Fuel economy is good, the engine power (160 hp) is good also. Also pay attention to the seatbelts on the backseats, passengers are saying that it's hurting their neck, it has a bad position.
the renault austral is looking good, but a 3 cylinders 1.2L is not a motor worthy of a 42-43K euros car, and definitely not worthy of the "alpine spirit" name, in my opinion; i'm really trying to like renault or stellantis cars but their underwhelming engines make it impossible to do so; the prosaic 4 cylinders is becoming an exotic 😆and in a few years we'll be driving 2 cylinders like the Trabant of years past
It’s not a problem at all nd mine returns 55 + mpg per tank. So that’s over 650 miles per tank of petrol. Mine said 725 when I filled up last time so I will see how it does.

How does this compare with the Kia Sportage or Hyundai Tucson ? Does this one have more features for the price ?

They should have brought the gear down a bit., Why is it blocking part of the screen?
I own 1.3 MHEV version, very satisfied with it, its not perfect, it has flaws but perfect cars don't exist.
I am thinking about buying exactly that version. What are the drawbacks you mentioned?

Renault makes beautiful cars now since they went with the new logo.
It’s the old logo used in the 1980’s!
I really like this car, it’s a shame they don’t offer a AWD version or it would be on my short list.
You gonna test drive the car today or not

If you do mainly town driving & long ones few & far between, then after a few days you wont have enough charge in the bty mode for town driving?
You will have because it will charge the battery the ice engine

WHATS WITH THE TOMBSTONE SLAB? Why isn't it designed into the dash as per kia?
1.2... This is the problem of this beautiful car.
But it's 200bhp. It's not your regular 1.2 😂
