sorry to hear this. I hope you'll be able to get refund. I had a few similar issues with other cheap chinese watches, so i didn't even bother doing videos about them. The charging issues or screen issues are caused by the lack of proper quality checks by manufacturers.

Don't know about anything you've said as I can't even get my brand new watch to charge. Was a pretty expensive non functional toy.
