Looking at the ’Ibaad-u-Ragmaan Qadiri Jamaa’ah reminds me of the story called Birds in Formation: Birds in Formation Birds flying in formation always get where they’re going seventy-one per cent faster than if they went individually. The birds at the back of the flight honk to encourage the ones in front to do their very best. Extra wind generated from the beating wings of the bird ahead of it provides a bird with extra lift. A flock braves predators and inclement weather to reach its destination. If a bird drops out of formation, it will try as hard as it can to join the flock later. When a leading bird gets tired, it drops out of the lead and shifts further back in the formation. Another bird always moves up and takes the lead. Should one of the birds be injured, or becomes ill and leaves the formation, two other birds will drop off and stay with it until it recovers, or dies. The two birds will then catch up with the original formation. A flock flies as fast as the weakest bird. The progress of the flock improves when faltering ones drop out.
