I normally don’t comment but I’ve heard the phrase “teenage girls can’t like anything without being criticized” and this chapter brings that to mind. The fact that her dad and the other princes before her had done the same thing as her yet she’s getting flack is astounding. Although Maxon was more involved in the process, she’s getting written about because she’s not devoting her time to one person. How dare she not accept a date she didn’t propose and how dare she split her time between the 20 young men in her home 🙄
