Сомнения нсчет сплава. Явно слабоват и видны дефекты литья. Цвет сплава какой-то стремный. Латунь, из которой можно точить например болты, выглядит не так.
It's a very basic faucet they're making, but with a superb manufacturing process including great attention to detail, it's probably much better built than many fancier products from other well-known companies. Really great to still see hands-on production, with some of the more dangerous steps wisely handled by robotic automation.

I was surprised to see the robot arms in mid electroplating. never had that luxury when I worked on a EP line. I was surprised to see the hand grind/polishing not using some kind of large scale vibratory polishers since it was just roughing (at least seemed to be)

There is a gas that gets injected into the mould after the sand and bonding agent is in there to immediately harden the core. I used to work at a foundry where we had 2 of the core machines.
로얄토토 부평4공단에 있었는데 아버지 다니시던 회사 바로 옆에... 애기때 아버지 찾아 회사 놀러가면서 옆으로 지나다녔는데... 화성으로 이사갔군요. 애기던 시절부터 수전은 로얄토토가 짱이라고 생각하고있습니다..^^ 예전에는 화장실에 모두 로얄토토만 있었어요. 부평 공장은 도기 요업 공장이였나?!
Very interesting video, i am working at a big faucet manufacturer in germany, and seeing faucet making like in the 1990s was amazing. Nowadays the first step where humans actually begin working on the product starts at the final assembly, before that all steps are done fully automated.
Good working conditions overall. Pace of work is sustainable. Good use of PPE. Ear protection looks like it could be improved though. Good ventilation and lighting. Good use of robotics.

일단 로봇을 적절한 곳에 잘 배치하신 것 같아요~(너무 부럽습니다). 영상을 보는 동안 공정 하나하나 잘 다듬으신 노력이 느껴지네요. 제조 공정을 소개하는 동영상을 즐겨보는 편인데 이번 만큼은 너무 즐거운 맘으로 보고 갑니당~~~~~^^
