@@aaymathebest4705 💕💕 from bangladesh 🇧🇩🇧🇩. Cognitive behaviour therapy was well suited for me. But it was supplymentary to medicine. Make a thought diary. Google for details. Write down your thought. Then write logic behind your thought and logics against your thought. Then compare. Then come to a conclusion. Then write what could be the thought alternate to it about this situation. Replace the alternate one with previous. The revise the chart the following day.

How effective and safe is this technique ?

I did TMS for 3 months and it did zero for anxiety or OCD. Dr said later that he has a newer protocol directly for OCD, but I’m not going in again!! Maybe mine is just too tough to treat, could help someone I suppose.

Which machine and coil did they use? Only the DB80 or the H7 coil are advisable for OCD.

The fact that you are desperately trying to get rid of them is what keeps them there.
Is the WORRY response, the legitimation you make the one making you feel shit. Not the thoughts or the anxiety. The moment you understand that the thoughts or the anxiety you feel are not your enemy, but the fact that you interpret them like that AFTER They come, you Will start to feel better.
The fact that you feel really really bad about those thoughts doesnt make them true, bad, unbarable... Is your posterior reaction.
Same goes for the anxiety, there is 0 problem with It, even if you have It the whole day. Is the fact that you belive It to be.
Good luck man, I was really really bad on Christmas and now I feel quite fking good :). I let my thoughts convince me of too much bullshit and belived a lot of It to be a problem. Started doubting aall those conclusions(all of them, every feeling, thought, conclusión...) that was coming to my brain and slowly bounced back. Amount of anxiety doesnt equal true or doesnt equal problem.

I am currently on my 3rd session, and I have a very pronounced vein on the upper left side of my forehead. Actually its on the exact mark that was deemed ideal for my depression treatment. Problem is, if the machine is placed on the veins location I experience a massive amount of pain (10/10). A few mm to the side and the pain goes to a 8/10. They tested on my right temple (no veins), and it felt fine.
The doctors dont know what to do in regards to that sensitive spot I have. The thing that bothers me is that I know people have veins in their forehead and I cant be the first to run into this problem. Anyone else experience this and a possible work around?

Did you have a lot of jaw movement? The doctor may have to adjust the site of the stimulation slightly. If they’re using a neuronavigation system this should be easier because they will know how much room they have for error. The DLPFC is an area, not a point, a small amount of deviation might be permissible. The other option would be stimulating a different part of the brain such as the other side DLPFC with a different frequency.

Hi, for OCD please try nutritional approach. Biostrath tablets for general nutrional benefit, probiotic, fish oil supplement and prevent insulin spikes which means controlling sugar intake. Also, reduce gluten or go gluten free if possible.
