Do not know from where u ordered i had ordered some rare plants from aeed2plant , krishnakamal , mulberry , brahmakamal pink one and krishnakeerdam plant. Plants delivered were in very bad conditions through DTDC. They had also shared how to conditioned the plants to so that it adapts naturally to my environment. All old leaves fell down and new leaves came. All plants are very healthy and krishnakamal started blooming in 3 weeks.

Sometimes I buy from online like flipkart, Amazon and l shanti online Chennai, I order only during winters, cz plants come very healthy nd they survive ... Summer months I do avoid...
U are right, but in my view if courier partner do his best then no problems can occur, because mostly live plants get dehydrated and dead in packets due to late courier delivery, same things I mentioned in video, it's also an issue as a customer we should always keep in mind, we should always purchase online plants in a small quantity, because they are live plants not a clothes or accessories, so if order value will be small then it's minimum risk of loss

Yes, u should choose DTDC air service it's best, it comes by general DTDC so this is in this condition,but second time I choose DTDC air it's superb, all plants comes very healthy and doing very well

Fast delivery is best because plants recieved in very healthy condition

Garmi bahut jada h toh,first of all sham ko repot kijiyega,second koi bhi fertilizer soil mix me na daliyega,only cocopeat and normal soil,third put them in coolest place of your garden or home,fourth don't do overwatering

Sir aapki video dekhne k baad maine b inke yaha order place ki.. no doubt packaging was very good.. pricing is also very affordable.. but there was a issue with one rubber plant.. i paid for the bigger one they have mentioned in their what's app but the send me the smaller one which costs lesser.. when I told them about this than he said ok i will refund the difference amount but he hasn't yet.. sir it's not the matter of money only but it's a matter of credibility too.. i want to purchase some more plants from them but waiting for previous issue been resolved.
They are just selling baby plants, and beleive me smaller plants who get mature in our atmosphere is too gud for us and plants, I also purchased ruby and shiveriana and got baby plants in 90-95 from them, and same time their ficus ruby Verigated got out of stock, so i visit my local nursery for flowering plant where I saw it, and got it in 250, while he have its price 350, but due to negotiation got in 250

I was very emotional about my plants, I am sorry if you hurt some feelings, I thought this was a promotional video.
Not this even all video in which i gave a review about online plants, all of them are just a review, anyways.. after ur comment I've personally asked many viewers about their experience with pazhassi garden... All of them gave overwhelming comments... U can check my latest video reviews comments section... Not even I asked them but also have a rude conversation with pazhassi garden... And shared screenshot of ur comment with him... Then he also shared ur payment receipt of 16th August... Plant dispatched receipt of 17th August... Alash ! Courier partner till now not arrange the shipment, it's very sadful, but it's totally fault of courier partner, but due to ur comment I passed some wrong words for him, but when he cleared all things and many reviews of viewers, now I've very regression with my words , they have three options of courier 1. DTDC normal, 2. DTDC air, 3.Delhivery normal, what u choose I don't know, but I've experience about all of thee first time I choose DTDC normal to save money, and they gave worst service, second time I choose DTDC air, they gave best service, third time I choose delivery normal,courier reached to my place timely, but box are completely damaged, thank God luckily plants are not damaged, but in three times i never found any fault of them, in ur scenario it's ur badluck that courier partner not shipped ur plants
